Should I increase dose?

Been on 1 mg for just about a month now and I know it takes a while for it to concentrate in the body. I haven’t noticed much weight loss (about 1 lb total since I started). Should I stay at this dosage for another month to see how things go or titrate to 1.5mg?

This is my first time doing glps and I started April 9th. I split dose twice a week. No side effects currently. Let me know if there’s any other relevant details needed!

By “this” I mean my uneven waist. I think I might have it but I’ve never been diagnosed. I find it much more comfortable and natural to lean on my right leg and I can extend my torso much easier to my left (so following the curve) than to my right.

I used to have 28-30 day cycles but now they’re more like 40+ day cycles. Recently I had one as long as 71 days. Last year I also had a period of time where I had a really delayed period (69 days). Is this normal or should I ask my doctor about it? I apologize in advance if I sound dumb 😅

- my sister has irregular periods though. Her health app says they’re irregular but she hasn’t gotten it checked out yet.
