Has anyone had very low amounts of HA filler in the cheeks/under eyes? Im talking as low as 0.3 per side. If so was you happy with your result? Is it noticeable to others, as in obviously had work done..? Do you regret it?

3 years ago I lost around 20kg rapidly due to depression and immediately noticed my nasolabial folds. I’ve since regained most of that weight and they look better than before, but I’m still not happy with them.
Are fillers my only real option here?
