Just a rant,aiims released their list for interview round. Even in branches where there are 5 candidates qualified they are calling 3. Whats the point of putting up provisionally qualified candidates list? Why not put stage 1 list directly? So annoying to qualify yet be left out because oh you aren’t top 3/top6.
Why do we even have an interview round anyways.

Hi guys I had a very low ferritin of about 5 and low normal b12 level of about 230. My doctor suggested to take b12 (1500mcg) injections simulator with iron tablets.
Have taken 5 injections in the last two week, feel a lot better. Post this, I have to do it weekly.
How was your experience? How often did you take your injections and do you still take them?

I am a doctor who gets a professional fees while being associated with a hospital. My salary varies every month based on ky number of working days. I submitted my statement and a salary ledger given by the hospital and also explained the variation in the salary for every month. ( we dont get salary slips or form 16 because its professional fees)

The ITR of this year is not filed yet, so this was the only income proof I had.

What do i do in this case? And does this mean i cannot reapply in the same company?
