Testing the science behind human attraction. Built first web app with Claude

Science behind attraction

Most other subs are deleting it as self promotion, no. It's just a project and I need feedback.

So I'm really really really inexperienced with all this coding stuff. So I was reading about the science behind human attraction after my breakup and came across Arthur Aron and his theories and found it fascinating. So I vibe coded this web app to cope myself after work with Claude.

I analysed the Questions and asked Deepseek to prepare mood based variations of the questions and also the basic idea of the app I wish to see. Pasted the draft on Claude and Claude did all the other things for me.

Asked ChatGPT to help me with hosting Netlify is great at hosting simple websites

Please try it out and if you can help out with ideas and scale it just for reddit it would be wonderful.

Also feedback on the idea and additional features are sincerely appreciated.

I read women value emotional bonds and men are usually not accustomed to communicate emotional depth so maybe the app can help bridge it.

I have written it with chat gpt because my ideas were too scattered. Requesting feedbacks. I already have 2 unsuccessful fintech startups but good industry connections overall

I’ve been thinking about a different way to approach real estate investing/ownership in India, and I’d love some brutally honest feedback.

Right now, you basically have two options:

Save for years → take a huge home loan → commit to 20–30 years

Or invest in fractional real estate → earn 7–9% yield and exit

Both feel incomplete.

The idea I’m exploring:

What if real estate worked more like:

👉 Paying installments toward ownership (like a home loan)

…but without locking into a single property on Day 1?

How it would work (simple version):

You invest monthly (say ₹25k–₹1L)

Your money goes into income-generating properties (via SPVs)

Those properties are already leased → generate rent

You earn returns from rent + appreciation

Now the key difference:

👉 Instead of just taking cash returns, you can accumulate your investment into “ownership value”

How ownership is tracked

Not points. Not vague credits.

👉 Your value is always shown in ₹ (real money)

Alongside that, we show:

Equivalent sqft value in a specific micro-market

Example:

₹10L today ≈ X sqft in Baner (Pune)

₹10L ≠ same sqft in Gurgaon

So everything is:

location-aware

market-linked

transparent

Over time:

You keep investing monthly (like an EMI)

Your ownership value grows

After a few years, you can:

Use it as a down payment

Or convert into a real property from partner inventory

Or just continue compounding

Where the returns come from:

Tenants pay rent (Incentivise tenants by giving them credits to keep money flow secure. More rent as it goes towards investing)

That rent flows to investors

You either:

take it as income

OR reinvest it to grow your ownership faster

Why I think this might work:

Removes the pressure of picking “the one house” upfront

Turns real estate into something closer to SIPs

Still backed by actual properties (not abstract assets)

Where I need feedback:

Does this feel genuinely useful or just over-engineered?

Would you trust a system where:

you invest first

choose property later?

What’s the biggest red flag you see?

Does “monthly investing → eventual ownership” resonate or feel vague?

Important clarity:

No guaranteed returns

Property prices can change

Conversion depends on market conditions

Trying to figure out if this is: 👉 a real evolution of real estate

Would really appreciate blunt takes.
