A hero who heals someone who explicitly told them that they didn't want to be healed is the hero in the wrong for ignoring consent.

The individual who Hero healed had suffered horrible injuries and would have died even with medical intervention but refused healing from Hero because of their religion, but Hero refused that and still healed them. Is Hero a villain here?
