like Seeing Lillie and Gladion reunited with their Dad and seeing just so much trauma heal is,I have no words, that's some good shit.
I love it,it couldn't have concluded any better seeing a family reunited,I dunno what to tell you.
Pika...
Like people see her being overly affectionate to Lillie as "oh she's not a bad parent",No she is.
she's extremely neglectful and that is a form of abuse and more or less was always working and obsessed with the Ultra Beasts.
This is a adaptation, they're gonna change things up,Quit bitching.
also she didn't even know her own Daughter was traumatized by even touching Pokemon and her Own Son had to remind her and tell her about it.
Why do you guys think lusamine Apologized for not being a good Mother?
I actually like that in the Games they gave Lusamine a actual character arc and had her,you know, recognize her mistakes as a parent and person and grow and develop into a better person and better mother to her kids.
Like Yeah, Characters are allowed to Grow and Develop.
While, Black & White had quite a bit of criticism before the league, this where the amount went into overdrive and made things unsalvageable: Ash vs Cameron. The match itself was so-so, but as soon Cameron reveals he brought only five Pokémon, it was the last straw for some fans. And soon after, things go downhill. Ash loses the league again, being in worst place than last, after arguably his worst gym run.
Things don't get any better from here. We're then giving the worst evil team arc followed by the most superfluous last stretch of episodes. In a poor homage to the Orange Islands saga. Seriously, nothing of note happens during those episodes. They just meet Alexa, then you could just skip to the last episode and miss nothing.
So yes, the Black & White series has the worst latter half in the franchise. And possibly a contender for all of anime. Few anime I've seen actually dip in quality like this one in their latter portions. And this episode is exactly where it happens. Your thoughts?
Literally are just Minions. Idiots that glaze their evil boss.
Frankly at least the Minions are smarter and have more personality then these two clowns.
Not hatred towards Iris but I felt her role in the BW series was kinda dull compared with previous female companions like May and Dawn, which had their own goals that differed from MC path. If the writers planned to eventually make her win the Unova league, beat Alder and turn her into the next Unova champion, shouldnt her character have started her path to the top at the same time Ash arrived to Unova rather than after he left the region?
I think Iris beating Ash in the Unova league and eventually beating Alder to become Unova champion would have made more sense than Cameron or Virgil beating Ash only to be forgotten later. Since Bianca never fought Ash during the league, Iris would have become the first major female rival to beat Ash in a regional league.
Instead of evolving Axew into Haxorus outside BW series, it should have evolved through it and during Ash final match against Iris in a similar way Cameron Riolu did.
Do you think the writers feared male fans would hate the idea of Ash losing another league against a dark skinned female character or simply couldnt figure out a better option than Iris as Ash Unova female companion back then?
One thing I really enjoyed about SM was the fact that more than one member of Ash’s team had a rival they aspired to defeat after extensive training and character development.
Personally, I liked the rivalry between Ash and Gladion’s Lycanrocs. Gladion’s served as a mentor for Ash’s Lycanroc, alongside Olivia’s. It demonstrated incredible growth, and overpowered the one pokemon it couldn’t beat until the end of the series.
What about you guys?
Which is basically the only direct link between both series.
So I was watching lumiose conference and Ash used Greninja against this guy as his first pokemon and defeated his Altaria do you think Ash sweeped rest of his team with Greninja too?
Like, these 2 went through a lot and it just sucks Gladion feels like he couldn't protect his younger sister and probably blames himself for Lillie's trauma and it's actually really sad that Lillie was so trauma that she couldn't even touch Pokemon.
In Pokémon Journeys,Dawn was shown doing nothing special and was wandering around. She said to have travelled across 3 regions (Hoenn Unova Johto) before returning to Sinnoh. As it's shown Dawn was still doing some preparation for her contests so does that mean she couldn't become a top co ordinator in any of the regions she traveled?
Personally I feel it's dissapointing that her character growth in Diamond & Pearl was completely ignored and she didn't accomplish anything special. Serena is the #1 idol alongside Lysia,May is Princess Of Hoenn,Misty is a well known gym leader,Iris is a regional champion. But Dawn ? I personally believe she was frustrated with all the losses in these regions and she was taking a break to get out of it. Or she became a top co ordinator (unlikely) so just like Ash she is on a self reflective journey..What do you guys think?
