Mon colis Alienware est bloqué depuis le 6 mai — quelqu'un d'autre en France a-t-il rencontré ce problème ?

My Alienware order shipped from China on May 6th but tracking completely stopped after a few confusing updates.

Support keeps telling me to wait but they can’t even tell me where the package currently is.

I already got charged and the parcel was definitely shipped, so I’m starting to worry it got lost in transit.

Anyone in France had a similar delay recently?

Help me Support

My Dell Alienware package has basically disappeared, and the support experience has been terrible so far.

The order was shipped from China on May 6th and I’m in France waiting for the delivery. At first, tracking showed the package arriving at one location, then later it suddenly showed another location, and after that… nothing. No new scans, no clear status, no explanation.

Now support is telling me they “don’t have more information” and that I just need to wait. That’s honestly ridiculous considering the package has already been shipped and the payment was fully taken from my account.

What makes this even worse is that nobody seems able to give a straight answer about where the parcel actually is. One moment it supposedly arrived somewhere, then it appeared somewhere else, and now it feels like nobody even knows where the package went.

For a product this expensive, this level of communication and customer support is honestly embarrassing. I understand delays happen, especially for international shipping, but having contradictory tracking updates followed by complete silence is unacceptable.

If anyone else in France had a similar issue with Dell or Alienware shipping, I’d really like to know how it ended.

I’ve been dealing with Razer support regarding a motherboard issue, and it’s been quite a frustrating experience so far.

From the start, I explained that this situation is urgent, as I need my computer by Tuesday for an important professional presentation (I’m a lawyer). However, I’ve mainly received responses saying that my case will be handled, without any concrete updates over the past two days.

I’ve been in contact with around 6 different agents and had to re-explain my issue each time. I was also asked to resend my proof of purchase multiple times, which I’ve done, but the situation hasn’t progressed.

I was even contacted by support on Reddit, but unfortunately there hasn’t been any follow-up after that.

I suggested either a refund or an early replacement to manage this urgent situation. I’ve been told the case has been escalated, but I haven’t seen any progress yet.

I understand these processes can take time, but given the urgency and the price of the product, I was expecting a more responsive experience.

If anyone has advice or has been through a similar situation, I’d really appreciate your input.

I’ve been dealing with Razer support for a motherboard issue, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

From the very beginning, I clearly explained that this is extremely urgent. I need my computer by Tuesday for an important professional presentation (I’m a lawyer). Despite that, I keep getting the same “we’ll get back to you” response — it’s been two days now with no concrete follow-up.

I proposed two simple solutions: either a refund or an early replacement so I can at least handle my presentation. Each time, I’m told the case has been escalated… but nothing happens.

At this point, I’m genuinely losing patience. Considering the price of these products, the level of customer service is unacceptable.

Also, consumer protection laws in Europe are quite strict, so if this situation doesn’t move forward quickly, I will take this further.
