First espresso machine after two years of mokapot coffee

After using a moka pot for more than 2 years, I finally bought my first espresso machine.

My coffee journey went like this:
I started with a moka pot and pre-ground coffee. Later, I bought a Timemore C3ESP Pro grinder and switched to fresh beans, which made my coffee much better.
But as many of you know, mokapot coffee is usually strong, less aromatic and not very flavourful compared to espresso. So I finally decided to buy a DeLonghi EC890 from Latteholic.

The best part:
I got it for ₹9.9k and also claimed ₹1510 GST, so the final cost was only ₹8389 for a brand new machine.

What were the trade-offs with this open-box purchase?
The box was slightly damaged, which didn’t matter to me and there was a small scratch on the DeLonghi logo, which also didn’t bother me at all. Overall, I got a brand new machine for a great price. I pulled my first shot and for the first time, I could taste that smooth, velvety coffee I always wanted.

I think my Timemore C3ESP Pro will still work well with this machine. Today it managed a very fine grind that the machine seemed to accept but I still need to experiment a lot. I’ll probably be posting many questions here soon.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions, because of you guys, I was able to get this amazing deal.

Spotted this headline in today’s paper: “Nasha evam socio-economic census” 🤨

Feels like an AI mix-up, “Nasha” and a socio-economic census don’t even belong together.

Did no one proofread this before publishing?
