Some shows I rlly like are modern family, outer banks, one tree hill, desperate housewives, gossip girl etc. but I’m fine with any genre of show except for k drama. plz need good recs!!!

Looking for recommendations of COMPLETED series

These are the following YES criteria:

  • Should have ended no earlier than 2020. The closer to 2026, the better.
  • Should rank high on your list of shows.
  • Preferably original production from any of the following: Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, Prime
  • Language no bar.
    • My primary is English but I'm always on the lookout for good shows in other languages

Only NO criteria:

  • Genres not interested in:
    • Zombie (or anything to do with the "undead")
    • British period/monarch drama

Please let me know:

  • the show
  • your rating out of 5
  • a one-line blurb on why you like it
  • (if you see a show already mentioned in a prior comment, upvote that and add your reason, rather than making a new comment)

For the Ladies- series recommendations

Ladies, Im looking for some fun, easy-to-watch series recommendations. something light and comforting that I can watch during the day.

I usually watch all kinds of shows (thrillers, historical, action.), but right now I just want something more chill and feel-good. Think along the lines of desperate housewives, Parenthood, or anything with that cozy, everyday-life vibe.

Open to anything with good characters, a bit of humor, maybe some drama but nothing too heavy!

Looking for a weekend quick watch

After last time request, got so many responses for a good sitcom...and chose to watch few from the ones that you guys shared....absolutely loved it.

Shows that I watched from last recommendations: St. Denis Medical, Ted Lasso, Kim's Convenience, The Last man on earth

Do suggest any good show for a quick watch (not necessarily sitcom), something interesting and something that is binge worthy...Thanks 😄

romance and drama recs please!!

hello!! im looking for a new tv show to binge that is filled with juicy romance and lots of drama. i have just finished the vampire diaries, which i adored, but was way too long and im looking for something a little less complex/long than that! the cheesier the better!!

big no's: k-drama's, supernatural/magic/fantasy, scary/thriller, lots of long seasons, sitcoms or seperate plot episodes!!

shows i've already seen in this category: obx, tsitp (not my fav), my lady jane, heart stopper (not my fav)

i am just looking for a really cute romance that is maybe one or two seasons, romance does not have to be front and center, but i do want that to be at least a big part of it!! also please do not be out here recommending shows like "one day" or "normal people" like thats not the saddest show ever, thank you lots!!!!

Shows like Severance

Hello everyone,

Just for some background, I tend to enjoy shows like severance breaking bad, but in general thrillers with a lot of twist and a psychological element to them.

Would there be any shows like this per se really in the mood for a psychological thriller the devs was pretty good too

I’ve seen mr robot too and that was amazing as well

Shows about police procedurals

Just looking for a TV show about a reformed criminal because I really enjoy watching White Collar for its premise, but I am kind of near the end of the show since I am not too far from finishing the 4th season.

So basically I just want to look for another detective show with a finite length to it because I don’t want to get into something that never ends.

Looking for a good and gripping show

I love emotional and dramatic shows. The one’s I’ve recently watched are The Pitt, Dept Q, Broadchurch, Happy Valley, Mare of Easttown, Sharp Objects, Big Little Lies, The Night Of, Pluribus, Andor, Handmaid’s tail. I am really struggling to find sth similar to scratch the same itch.

I also would love if it had more than one season so I could binge it for a longer time 😅

Any suggestions or recommendations?

looking for an entertaining bingeworthy show for spring break

recently i have watched and completed many shows that are considered to be some of the greatest ever. these shows like sopranos, better call saul, mad men, etc have all been very very good but they are all slow-burn. i did love these shows but id like to now watch something more entertaining and bingeworthy this spring break. i have heard of the shows: the shield, the americans, oz, and think they may be fitting. ideally something like the first seasons of dexter is what im looking for. which of these shows would you recommend the most or are there any others? thanks alot.

Need dynamic and tension like Kaz Bekker and Inej Ghafa in Shadow and Bones.

Man they showed up with more chemistry than the main leads (Alina and Darkling). Even though I still prefer my Six of crows and Crooked kingdom Kanej. Now I crave for more such pairings.
