I watched TSITP twice just because I feel like im being actively gaslit by this sub. I still cannot believe how we all watched the same thing and majority of yall walked out believing Bonrad is in any type of way romantic. They both are the most batshit, selfish, manipulative, backstabbing ppl who lack any sort of morality, tact or respect.
I’m not even team Beremiah (??). Literally just Jeremiah. “Jeremiah is a cheater tho.” See this one argument summarizes exactly what in my opinion is so insane about the fandom. Jeremiah is judged for mistakes the other two also did. Or they did something else that morally is as bad. I’m going to reply to that comment, which encompasses why I I am team Jeremiah.
Conrad is a confirmed cheater too (S1) and Belly not only emotionally cheated during that Christmas moment with Conrad in S3, she kissed Conrad a week after she started things with Jeremiah S1 which morally is only a hair away from cheating.
Imagine youve been absolutely in love with a guy. After years, they tell you they definitely 100% only want you, promising you repeatedly that their crush on your older sister is DEFINITELY a past childhood obsession. They work to make u believe it too. You finally let yourself feel and relent, ur now in a relationship. Only for your dckwad sister to realize theyre abt to lose them, so they kiss them and they actually give in and start a relationship right then and there knowing damn well they just convinced YOU to be in a relationship, and that said crush was an irrelevant past. They cheat on you but all this is supposed to be romantic btw.
Surprise surprise older sister who has BEEN a dickwad to literally everyone include cheating on your now cheating ex, and being horrific to your dying mother and you (also hurting just as much, prob need your big sister). Cheating-ex breaks up with them, its a whole thing, they run back to you and yet again tell you they only want you. Theyre in love with you, they have woken up, they only want a future with you yadayada yada. You tell them VERBATIM “Listen last time u said that u kissed my sister a week later. No hard feelings. But if u kinda still want my sister or have feelings left, just be together. Dont do this to me again.” They go the DISTANCE to convince you “I swear I aint pulling that stunt again pls”. You again (bcs theyre working u bad and ur deeply in love), relent.
FOUR LONG YEARS they hide that, in fact the feelings for her are still there😃, they are NOT gone, ur just hiding them which is easy given that after your moms death ur own sister basically ghosted them AND you. Your sisters feelings for your boyfriend btw also never faded in fact got stronger btw. So two in love ppl, mind you. And after 4 years, they by accident meet at your vacation house. And they spend time ALONE together for several days, sharing DEEPLY INTIMATE, romantically THICKKK physical touches and emotionally intimate long moments. The long intentional staring in the eyes, your boyfriend basically breathing in her breath. Slight physical touches they both know stop them in their tracks. Like genuinely the definition of emotional cheating while they both KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE VIBE IS. And when you ask, “how was ur solo vacay at the beach house” they not only say it was uneventful, your boyfriend makes it a point not to tell you your older sister was there. He makes it a point to tell you he was ALONE. Knowing damn well, shes the ONE person you are weary of, he’s still in love with, had all those moments with. Bcs he knows damn well what he has to confess to if he says your older sister was there. Hence the conscious decision to lie.
And im not even gonna make you all imagine if after all that, the day before the wedding your own flesh and blood ruins and humiliates you at your own wedding by attempting to take your man. All bcs YET AGAIN she only wants him when hes abt to move on. Four years and THATS the time and place she’s pick. In itself such a sickening manipulative move. But the idea that your own man would entertain it yet still want to marry you bcs he want his cake and eat it too? Like THAT SELFISH???
Yall, Belly is a fucking cheat and Conrad is a sibling backstabbing, manipulative bastard. Compared to all that, what Jeremiah did was not enough. Make it four times damn it. DOUBLE IT AND DO IT AGAIN!!!
