Floors haven't been cleaned in months it looks like, the glass in front of the sandwich stuff has old dried sauces, dirt, finger smears(like crazy looking ones, not just finger prints lol). Including a mixed assortment of 6 inches worth of steak, chicken, and turkey with 4 footlongs worth of bacon, avocado, and chipotle sauce, this sandwich is truly a feast for kings. We also added a bag of Doritos and 4 footlongs worth of nacho cheese sauce and a plethora of other ingredients.
We counted everything individually and the calories added up to 3,816 calories, that’s 1,908 calories per half.

I've been with Subway for 2.5 years. It's been the only job to hire me and became my "safe" job as someome with autism. I couldn't take it anymore. Yesterday I walked out. No management, horrible hours, abusive text messages from staff, manipulation to work, etc... Plus, the Subway CORP has the worst new standards. The 3 olives thing etc. made customers constantly yell at me. I just left. I feel a bit weird, this job felt like it was all I'm worth, but I'm hopeful to find somewhere new. It wasn't actually safe for me, I was so overwhelmed I was nauseous everyday I had to go. This is your sign to anyone wanting to quit- just do it. I clocked out on shift and left. My "boss" (DM) would call and yell at me that I don't need training and my autism is not an excuse for requesting one time training. Absolutely ridiculous.

In the past week or so the Android app made a lot of changes to the UI.
Now, when I enter a promo code that location doesn't accept, it tells me some weird error message about not having qualifying items or wrong coupon or something, instead of saying they don't participate and give me the option to list participating locations.
I've figured out I can still do it on the website, but want to do it on the app.... How do I get a list of participating locations in the new version of android app?

i’m on my 2nd week at subway and i actually hate it here. for the record, i live with my parents and don’t have many financial responsibilities, so i’m fortunate enough that actively having a job isn’t a matter of life or death. i pretty much knew what i was getting myself into with a fast food job but i didn’t realize i’d actually dislike it this much. i know 2- weeks is like, nothing, but i don’t particularly like most of my coworkers, my manager’s attitude stresses me out, and i already know this just isn’t for me and i don’t want to keep doing it indefinitely

I had multiple digital gift cards on the subway app totalling roughly $600 because I took them out during promotional events. Their new god awful app update this week completely wiped them and it now says gift cards are unavailable on the app.
How do I access my gift cards? I cannot even find a phone number to call.

I know there have been coupon codes for a long time, but in my area, no one accepts them. I checked again on a whim and saw a lot of deals in the “sub club” on the app. Between the points and deals, I can get a sub for like $6-8 on average each. That’s actually a pretty good deal and definitely what the subs are actually worth. Not that $15 full price crap.
I purchased 2 wraps in the app using my gift card. The total was $30.08 😳 (that massive rip off is another topic) The money was removed from my card. I went to pick up my order and was told their store does not have wraps at this time as they were still frozen. I asked about getting my money back and was told it wasn’t their problem and to get it back in the app. Well, there is no way to do that. The man was very loud and dismissive and so I left. It’s been almost a week now and the card shows no refund, instead it shows my order was picked up. 😡 subway’s chat bot is no help at all. How do I get my money back? It’s times like this I wish I had a massive SM following.
