Best contact to report a store for horrible conditions

What's the best email or phone to report a store for looking horrible. Floors haven't been cleaned in months it looks like, the glass in front of the sandwich stuff has old dried sauces, dirt, finger smears(like crazy looking ones, not just finger prints lol). The store smelled bad, bread was hella soggy and wet. After 1 bites I just threw it away for fear of dying from a sandwich

I'm on version 7280177.1 on a 4k max. No matter what I do I can't figure out what debrid stream doesn't show up on the home screen. Other side loaded apps do. I'll probably try a custom home launcher next. Or just get rid of the fire stick. I kind of hate it. I have shields everywhere else but I have friends and family who use fire sticks
