Pls help me.

Our original plan was 1699 since 2020. Pero dahil WFH na ako and ang bagal na talaga for us ng connection, nag-upgrade ako to 2099. Wala ako naramdamang change sa net speed. Mas lalo pa ata bumagal. Nag-Ookla ako and 50-70mbps lang ang download. Nakakafrustrate sobra. Itong 2099 plan ba eh for 2 yrs ulit before pwede ipadisconnect ang line namin o pwede na namin terminate yung services ni PLDT? Thank you po sa mga sasagot. If meron po kayong tips on how we can maximize the plan, pls let me know. Ang sabi sa akin ng CS up to 500mbps yung plan pero hindi nga kami pumapalo man lang sa 100mbps.

FOR CONTEXT, OUR CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED DUE TO THE FALLING OF ONE OF THE POST IN OUR VILLAGE. IT'S ALREADY BEEN A WEEK AND ALL WE NEED IS AN UPDATE.

modem hard reset

hello everybody mistakenly clicked something while trying to check sa pldt admin what whitelisting was then turns out i blocked all of our devices at home from connecting to the internet 😭 already reached out to pldt cares twice, they told me i can reset the modem so it resets to the default ssid and password, but it didnt work and the wifi still had the same ssid and maybe the last password i had it changed to. and then with the second csr they told me they filed a ticket regarding my concern and would send out a tech for assistance and i even got a reference number, i waited for a day and just now decided to track the status of my repair, but it keeps showing there isn’t any request under my account 😭😭😭 i tried to reach out again but i guess pldt carws messenger already gave out because it’s no longer responding to any actions i click now 😭😭😭 anybody who has any idea what to do plsss

Pldtshits

After ko mag pakabit ng pldt last year October and pinaputol ko na sya may babayadan akong ganto kalaki e kaya ko naman siya ipapaputol dahil bulok yung serbisyo nila monthly ako nawawalan ng net tapos etong last month lang 10days na hindi paden bumabalik nasisira yung work ko kase working ako online tapos may balak pa silang mag singil ng ganyan e sobrang bobo naman ng serbisyo nila ok lang naman siguro tong hindi bayadan kase bulok naman serbisyo nila

Anong magandang gawin?

Balak ko kasi ipa-disconnect yun current plan 1699 na nakapangalan sa kamaganak ko pero they are out of country for nearly two years na, kaya purely ako na nagbabayad ng bill, ang siste wala akong power to check those bills online etc. kasi walang access, ang gusto ko mangyari dahil sa ganitong setup parang gusto ko ipadisconnect nalang at ako na mismo ang magpakabit na nakapangalan sakin at ma allign na din ang speed as of now 300mbps ang max nya pero sa current offer nila from 300mbps 500mbps na siya, any idea what should I do?

Hi everyone, has anyone here successfully downgraded their company’s PLDT plan?

We are currently subscribed to iGate Direct Fixed Bandwidth (60 Mbps at ₱22,000/month) and are planning to downgrade to a Standard Enterprise Broadband plan (₱4,500/month).

We’ve been following up daily via email since March 17 and have also contacted our assigned Relationship Manager. Unfortunately, we keep getting passed around to different contacts, and no clear action has been taken so far.

Would anyone know the best way to escalate this? Is there a specific email address, department, or authority we can copy to help move this request forward? (Can I CC some government agency for them to take action like NTC ? or which government agency should best apply ? )

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Every month nalang e may 3 days to almost 1 week service interruption si pldt dito sa San pablo laguna e no. Wala rin proper resolution na mabigay kse nga daw mga network engineer na daw gumagawa. Nakakainis lng na advance pa kame mag bayad ng internet connection pero ganitong service ung marereceived namin.

Hello, nawalan kami ng Internet just now. Pero wala naman ilaw na red ung LOS. May dial tone naman kaso di rin naman makatawag sa 171. Anybody encountered this issue?

accessing internet router ip setting wont work and requires calling customer service to tweak settings

i put the ip address of the router that came with my plan (600Mbps with mesh and telephone), even searched the model of the router and still says its unavailable. it also will not work with the mesh. is there a way to access the ip settings of both the mesh and the router without contacting customer service to do it for me?

Losing our internet everyday

Hello and good evening po! Anyone here po ba nakakaexperience ng pawala wala yung internet nila? Samin po kasi since March pa nangyari na bigla mawawala net namin randomly throughout the day pero kusang bumabalik naman. Ang hassle lang kasi ilang beses nangyayari in a day. Minsan ilang mins lang pero may days na ilang hours talaga nawawala. Halos everyday po kasi nangyayari since March tas sabi nung technician na pumupunta dito wala naman daw problem yung linya namin since narepair na din po nila yun before around Dec to Jan iirc. Ang sabi pa nila may "ongoing maintenance" daw dito sa area (Malabon) and same din daw naeexperience ng mga nakaPLDT sa area namin. Di lang din po nila masagot till when yung "ongoing maintenance". Nakailang report narin po kami kaso bumabalik parin yung issue 🥹 thank you in advance po sa sasagot!

Switched to Another Service Provider

Hi,

Simple lng po tanong ko. Bale nung late March, nag switch kami to a different service provider na kase yung PLDT wala kaming connection for 2 straight days dto sa province tas work from home kase ako.

Bale sinetupan lang kami ng ibang wifi router tas wala na yung sa PLDT. Would they know we no longer use their service or need pa namin magrequest sa kanila for termination to avoid getting billed? We had PLDT since 2022 pa until just last March po.

They offered 50% discount so I don't need to disconnect my account. Now they are taking a month long to just process the said discount. Dumating na yung bagong billing cycle wala pa rin yung discounted sabi bayaran ko daw ulit nang full payment dahil ma validate at ma process pa yung 50% discount. It's frustrating, irritating and inconvenient na. Help how to iakyat sa NTC or how mapabilis yang discount discount na yan dahil sa October pa daw end of lock in and I don't want to spend more money on their lousy services anymore.
