Why Are Some Siquijor Tour Guides So Unwelcoming Online?

Siquijor tour guides could improve the way they respond to inquiries online. I recently asked a question in one of their Facebook group pages, and some of the replies came across as rude and unprofessional. It was disappointing, especially since some are DOT-accredited. I hope they can do better in handling potential tourists.

Why merong random chats here asking for my feet's photo?

Im just new here in reddit and bigla nalang may nag message request akala ko may advise sa post ko sa isang subreddit but he was asking for photos of my feet pala. It's really my first time and i find it weird talaga. Sorry for my ignorance. How to block po ba here, na accept ko kasi yung message.

Hi everyone, has anyone here successfully downgraded their company’s PLDT plan?

We are currently subscribed to iGate Direct Fixed Bandwidth (60 Mbps at ₱22,000/month) and are planning to downgrade to a Standard Enterprise Broadband plan (₱4,500/month).

We’ve been following up daily via email since March 17 and have also contacted our assigned Relationship Manager. Unfortunately, we keep getting passed around to different contacts, and no clear action has been taken so far.

Would anyone know the best way to escalate this? Is there a specific email address, department, or authority we can copy to help move this request forward? (Can I CC some government agency for them to take action like NTC ? or which government agency should best apply ? )

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for legal advice and also insights from people who may have experienced something similar.

We are currently dealing with an issue involving our neighbors. They installed a water hose that passes through our private property without asking for our consent. We only found out about it later and were simply informed that they would “bury it."( as in bigla nalang naglatag ng hose sa bakuran namin. )

The problem is that even if it is buried, it still affects our use of the land. Our concerns are:

* The hose runs through our property without our permission

* We can no longer freely dig or develop parts of our land for fear of damaging the hose

* There was no proper discussion or agreement before they installed it

We already told them not to place it there, but the situation has not been properly resolved, nakabalandra na sa bakuran namin ang mga 3 lines na hose.

My questions are:

* What legal rights do we have in this situation?

* Can we require them to remove or relocate the hose completely kahit nalagay na ?

* Is this something that should go directly to the barangay for mediation?

* What is usually the proper process for cases like this?

Any advice or shared experiences would be really helpful. Thank you.
