modem hard reset
hello everybody mistakenly clicked something while trying to check sa pldt admin what whitelisting was then turns out i blocked all of our devices at home from connecting to the internet 😭 already reached out to pldt cares twice, they told me i can reset the modem so it resets to the default ssid and password, but it didnt work and the wifi still had the same ssid and maybe the last password i had it changed to. and then with the second csr they told me they filed a ticket regarding my concern and would send out a tech for assistance and i even got a reference number, i waited for a day and just now decided to track the status of my repair, but it keeps showing there isn’t any request under my account 😭😭😭 i tried to reach out again but i guess pldt carws messenger already gave out because it’s no longer responding to any actions i click now 😭😭😭 anybody who has any idea what to do plsss
