Switched to Another Service Provider

Hi,

Simple lng po tanong ko. Bale nung late March, nag switch kami to a different service provider na kase yung PLDT wala kaming connection for 2 straight days dto sa province tas work from home kase ako.

Bale sinetupan lang kami ng ibang wifi router tas wala na yung sa PLDT. Would they know we no longer use their service or need pa namin magrequest sa kanila for termination to avoid getting billed? We had PLDT since 2022 pa until just last March po.

Hi, anyone who cant access or login to their maya account din?

May 1 na and it's been like this since 4 days ago. May due ako sa easy credit sa May 4 and i always make sure i pay it on time pero bat anlakas ng trip nila? Parang feeling ko sinasadya nila para ma force kang mag call or reachout sakanila

I've tried on ios and android device and still same thing. Nakaka bwiset na tlaga toh, matatapos lng tong landers card ko din ipapasara ko na tong napaka bulok na banking app, andami nang issues! Hindi nman ganito dati! tas pahirapan pa kumonnect sa CSR nila
