Anyone else having issues with support?
I have an old account associated with D&D Beyond that only had a Twitch login method. I deleted my Twitch many years ago, so it's impossible to access the account. I sent in a ticket about it to support, they said they could just link the account to the WOTC account I made. I told them that'd be great. Next day, nothing. Realized I forgot to unlink a burner D&D Beyond account from it (joining a new campaign) so I did that and I replied to my ticket to let them know. 5 days go by, still nothing, I prodded them again with a reply. That was 2 weeks ago now and there's been no progress.
This is insane. I know I was a bit late to unlink the burner account, but I'm just really frustrated. I have the burner account linked to another login method now so I at least have a way to access the campaign, but I'd rather use my older account.
EDIT: And yes, I saw the warning that they have a large ticket volume and I understand that. It's just that I DID get a reply originally, very fast after my report, but there hasn't been any response to the ticket since when they specifically requested me to make an action, which I replied to.
Question on 2014 Way of Mercy
I noticed a discrepancy with my Hand of Harm on DND Beyond and I can't figure out where it is coming from. This is a 2014 5e, and sources I have selected is 5e Core and 5e Expanded. RAW in TCoE, HoH is Martial Arts die +Wis mod.
What I can't figure out is why the dice roll button is showing 1d6+5, while the text below shows the correct 1d6+3, my Wis is 15.
Where is the additional +2?
Could that dice roll be for my unarmed strike?
Suggestions
Hi all recently during a game li received the following
+2 Magic Weapon of my choice
I am currently playing a level 11 Battlesmith Artificer
Seeking ideas on some good options for a weapon.
Quality of Life - Links from Legacy content
A quality of life feature I'd love to see in DnDBeyond is a link to the modern version of any legacy content you're viewing. The "Legacy" tag at the top of the screen is nice, but it would be great if somewhere on the page is a "click here to view the current version".
I suppose the only complication would be if you didn't own it. I know that typically tapping a link to content in a book you don't own takes you to the marketplace page, and I'd be frustrated if I couldn't tell at a glance if I was going to be taken to content I already own or the marketplace. So maybe the link only exists if you already own it?
Or I'm overcomplicating things. But a link from 5.0E spell/monster to the 5.5E version would be extremely handy.
Custom Action options
Were there always this much settings for a custom action in the Character Tool? I remember it having much less options.
Can anyone tell me how to change text color or turn on dark mode?
I cant read this and neither can you

Hi, i'm Lars the GM of Iron & Ash an Monster Hunter themed Homebrew Campaign on Eberron, especially Xen'drik.
I'll use as Third Party content Heliana & Ryokos Guide to give the best Rules for crafting and Hunting. So you'll probably wear what you Hunt.
The Campaign is Play by Post. We play via Discord and I host an Foundry 24/7 for you.
From my side as GM, I'm committed to give you minimum 5 high quality Post per Week. More is optional.
It's a paid game with 20$ per Week. But for that fee, you will have an dedicated DM who will craft you an Story around your Character in an living World.
A few Words to me as a DM:
I have 20 Years of DM experience and see myself as a cooperative storyteller. The players' decisions come first for me, as do their consequences. Everything we do has consequences, even doing nothing.
When it comes to combat, I ensure that the fight remains exciting by allowing monsters to gain or lose abilities during the fight. Hit points are also more of a narrative device to maintain excitement.
I always use safety tools so that all players at the table feel comfortable.
If you have any Questions DM via Startplaying.

Would appreciate it if both on mobile app (and other versions if the problem’s there too) we saw clearly which book is for which version of dnd or if they’re for both versions in the description for said book.

I bought the new griffon's saddlebag and it won't let me access it
So on the 16th I bought the new griffon's saddlebag book for about £16 but now when I'm on the app it tells me I have to buy it again, so I checked my bank and the money has gone out, I even tried to buy it again but Google play keeps telling me 'you already own this' so I couldn't even if I wanted to, checked the website and I don't have access to it there either.
I took out a support ticket about and hour after and heard nothing back since then, I even took out a second support ticket yesterday and still nothing.
Any advice on what to do?
Folders, copy, and maybe color coding for the map drop-down
We just went through Curse of Strahd and I prepped all of the Ghosts of Saltmarsh maps according to what the book suggests for encounter areas as I'm going to be DM'ing the next session. There are some maps that are reused such as the dune maze, but it is clear that by the end of the campaign, it is fairly difficult to figure out which map was what. Especially for something like Strahd's castle where the names of the floors are cool and thematic, but difficult to sort out. I'd like to see a folder structure for maps and the ability to copy or import a prepped map to be reused. Then I can make my own Quickplay maps for my current players or setup random encounters ahead of time. I add the number/letter room designations from the book as invisible stickers and it makes finding the room information far easier. Being able to make that invisible sticker clickable and able to take me to the DDB section of the book I purchased would be a dream on top of everything else or something like the Reveal function for a text description of the room. A way to trigger a room to a particular Reveal and set that ahead of time would also be nice. Then I can stay more in the moment during the actual day or be able to run the encounter to test it out first with these functions and make adjustments.
Request for Usability Feedback: Custom Upload Stickers/Reveals
Hey everyone! Last week we tried a "Feedback Friday" for our upcoming Token Menu rebuild, as well as our Condition Tracking and Enlarge/Reduce Token Size features. 78 comments later.... we got some incredible feedback. Thank you so much. We've been poring over it all week and iterating on what you saw.
We're not planning on doing Feedback Fridays every week (or even always on Fridays), but I do have one more thing in the perfect stage for some feedback, so I'm back again to do another. :)
This week, it's a slice of our upcoming Custom Uploaded Stickers, Reveals, and Token Art feature. We're looking for feedback on our rebuilt Asset Browser experience - this would be for Stickers and Reveals.
The first thing you'll notice - we're moving away from a folder-first navigation system and toward a filtering-first approach.
As we introduce custom uploaded assets, we know people will want to use the same sticker or reveal for multiple things, or in multiple campaigns. Folders are a very rigid structure that forces users to spend a lot of time building folder trees and managing where files live, which is not how we want you to use your precious D&D prep time. Searching and filtering based on tags and metadata let you upload once, then never worry about where you put it.
We know this is a big change, so we wanted to get your feedback on our approach to it.
Please, walk through the images and leave your feedback in the comments.
Maps VTT Access Controls
I'm just getting into using Maps VTT due to some players traveling. I pre-configured a handful of empty maps before our session this weekend. I set them up, named them, and added fog of war, mostly.
When I logged in today to check things and place enemy tokens, I discovered that one of the players in my campaign had added a handful of tokens.
I've read through the overview and FAQ again. I see there are some settings I can turn off, but they only seem to be retained during a play session. I didn't find whether there were access controls or not.
How do I lock down maps so players can't see the maps until I show them? Is there a way to configure the settings permanently?
Legends of Greyhawk: Elemental Evil Rising - Shop D&D Beyond
Oh wow! Legends of Greyhawk adventures on Beyond!
Can’t make a Way of Mercy monk
I already got Tasha’s Cauldron and for some reason I can make a way of Mercy monk despite the book having it. Any reason why?
Player Limitations
Hi everyone! First time DM here. I've been running a homebrew campaign for a few months now and it's been really fun and quite successful. However, I have a player that will constantly add player/companion tokens to the map. I have unselected everything in the settings menu to restrict players from adding things during gameplay, but they continue to add player tokens and even change their names. How can I get them to stop? Thanks!
I cant buy TCOE on european marketplace???

Manuals on Kindle.
I bought a really usefull Kindle color soft and i was thinking how great it would be to read all my Beyond manuals on my Kindle.
Are there any chances to import the books that i bought in a Kindle format? Or even link my Kindle account to Beyond account.
Maybe it’s not only on my wishlist!
