Survey payment
Have you guys been charged after filling out the survey yet?

Kickstarter/BackerKit: Replying to email only triggers the same message again — how do I provide an alternative email?
Hi everyone,
I received this mail from WeirdCo Kickstarter/BackerKit saying that my Apple ID / Apple Private Relay address is blocking the BackerKit survey from being sent to me. They ask me to provide an alternative email address before the May 18th deadline.
The confusing part: I already completed the BackerKit survey 8 days ago.
When I reply to this email, I just receive the exact same automated message again, so it seems like my reply is not actually being processed.
Has anyone had this issue before?
What I’m trying to understand:
Is this just an automated reminder that I can ignore because I already completed the survey and the message says I can ignore it bc I already was reached out to?
Could BackerKit still not have linked my completed survey correctly because of Apple Private Relay?
Should I contact the creator directly through Kickstarter instead of replying to this email?
Is there a way to confirm inside BackerKit that my survey was submitted successfully?
I don’t want to miss the deadline or risk my pledge not being processed, but I’m also not sure whether this message is outdated or still relevant.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: I just received a follow-up message from WeirdCo.
They said the previous message should be ignored only if you did not use Apple ID / Apple Private Relay. In my case, I actually did use Apple Private Relay, so I’m still not completely sure whether I need to do anything bc I didn’t got an error completing the survey.
Some other backers are saying this was probably sent in error and that if the survey is already completed and shipping is paid (In my case I didn’t pay yet but filled the survey), there should be nothing to worry about. Still, because I used Apple Private Relay, I’d like to confirm whether my completed survey is properly linked to my pledge.
Opinions about number of cards in first set
So after testing the game a bit with friends (printing cards and playing online), we’ve actually been having a really good time with it so far. A couple of friends who weren’t even planning to get into the game are now interested too, which honestly feels like a really good sign for a new TCG.
One thing we started wondering about though is the size of the first set. From what I’ve seen, the first Cyberpunk TCG set is around 150 cards, which feels a bit small compared to other recent TCG launches. For example, Riftbound launched with around 300 cards in Origins.
For people with more TCG experience: is 150 cards normal for a first set? Does it usually feel limiting for deckbuilding/meta variety, or is it actually healthier for a game early on?
I can see both sides honestly. Smaller sets probably make balancing easier and help new players learn the game faster, but at the same time I wonder if the meta could become “solved” too quickly if there aren’t enough cards and archetypes.
Curious to hear what people who’ve played other TCGs think about this.
How to cancel pledge
Hey everyone,
I need some advice. I chose the 3-installment payment option for my pledge, but there was already a problem with the first payment — the money was taken from a different account than it should have been.
Now I’m thinking about cancelling the pledge, but I’m worried about losing the money that was already charged. Has anyone here been in a similar situation? Did the company refund the payment and successfully cancel the pledge?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience before I contact support. Thanks!
Hi chooms!
So I've been developing TCG companion apps for iOS for a while, and after buying my Netrunner kit I figured, why not? So I've been working on Neon TCG.
Current features:
- Collection tracking and management
- Card browser
- Custom collections
- Deck builder with full deck building constraints validation (RAM constraints, min/max deck size, etc.), a feature to see which cards you're missing to be able to play the deck and import/export by code
- Game-focused filters (really proud of this part)
I've tried to give it a cyberpunk look and feel, hopefully I've pulled it off.
Roadmap:
- Card scanner to identify cards (planning to keep it fully on-device so it's as fast as possible and stays private)
- A two-player screen with a GIG/Street Cred helper to make playing easier when you don't have dice/tokens handy
- Maybe a community feature for sharing decks and discussing the game
Would love to hear your thoughts, any feedback (good or bad) or recommendations are very welcome!
Thank you!
Wait so does this mean people who chose pay over time will have their orders delayed since we don't get our survey until June?
Will 3x3 cyberpunk binder from kickstarter fit all 171 cards that will be in collection?

You should try simulator if you haven’t yet.
Try at least with the alpha decks against bots.
Game is super fun. I tried it today and even with very few cards you can build decks with game is very deep and complex in a good way.
Dice numbers you roll matter a lot and it brings so many layers to game that adds skill level.
There is so much chess move potential and outplay. You really have to think about turns in future not just react to whats on the board. You can have good board control and overcommit just a little bit too much to realize you lost to evelyn parker with a second hand bombus because you wont be able to take one dice back next round. Or you attack with a strong unit just to have it destroy by a unit that got a lot of gear equipped next turn.
Panam is just busted. You can swing for dice with a unit take dice and put gear on a unit that allows you to block next turn. She allows you also to swing twice at enemy. If you get gorilla arms on that unit its a wrap. Cant wait to see more cards
This video is a collection of a couple discussions I've seen floating around, and I decided I want to talk about it.

Hello, chooms!
Since the last post, the unofficial Cyberpunk TCG simulator has received a lot of new features, fixes, and quality-of-life improvements.
Here are the main updates:
- AI bot support: you can now practice against an AI opponent. It is still early and will keep improving, but it already gives players another way to test decks and learn the game.
- AI bot API: developers can now connect and test their own bot versions in the simulator.
- Better match experience: reconnection support, in-game chat, spectator mode, concede/leave confirmation, and the ability to check the board state after the game ends.
- Improved deck building and lobbies: RAM and cost filters, optional card-type grouping, deck restriction indicators, and clearer lobby/game information.
- Gameplay and UI improvements: auto eddies spending, active eddies counter, clearer mulligan logs, attack confirmation, unit dimming, card animations, sounds, and background music.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements: overtime fixes, card-specific fixes, better attack target display, smoother gameplay, and general optimization.
Also, we now host a weekly tournament in Discord. There are no prizes for now — it is mainly for practice, deck testing, and friendly competitiveness.
Join our Discord to find other players, report bugs, follow future simulator updates, and take part in the weekly tournaments. Discord link: https://discord.gg/p9hAed7k
If you tried the simulator before and haven’t checked it recently, it is worth giving it another look.
See you in Night City, chooms!
Survey
Hey guys,
I got an email from weirdco saying I need to fill out my survey by may 18th.. but I’m not sure if I did it or not.. I think I filled something out last Monday. Not sure if it was what it’s talking about though ?
What exactly is CDPR’s role in all this?
besides obviously licensing and promoting it, do they have a direct role/say in things? Because some aspects of weirdco‘s communication and approaches seem very uncharacteristic of cdpr
Best simulator to try and play?
Looking for the most fleshed out simulator to play with friends.
