I get haematoma after nearly every surgery, it's suspected I'm missing a clotting factor. The thicker near the surgery than base of penis, is that normal I presume because of where the cutting is done?

Still have some donut ring edema. Had follow up with surgeon a few days ago, he told me to wait another 2 weeks before intercourse to solidify healing

And so it's been 27 days now, all the stitches have already resolved. And everything healed. But as you can see in the first 2 photos, there is one place where there is such a red thing on the seam line. And I understand that this is a place where healing has not ended. But I'm not sure.

Do you think this is normal, what it looks like, and whether it's worth showing it to a doctor or not yet? Whatever you say and recommend.

Hello everyone, I’m on day 9 of my recovery and i’m pretty concerned. Some skin seems to be reddish and having some yellow/white pus around the stitch mark. I have no pain and when I shower, the yellow stuff washes away. Does this look normal or is it infected?

Im about to get a circumcision in Korea and they advertise a sleeve resection method.

From what i read, i thought a sleeve resection method is where they make 2 circular cuts somewhere along the shaft, remove the skin, and then attach the pieces of skin together.

Meaning, no actual foreskin is lost, only the skin on the shaft.

This sounds more optimal, as it sounds like i would be keeping all of the sensitivity from the inner foreskin. However, the diagram they posted on their website doesnt look like what I read online. It looks like the entire foreskin itself is just removed, and i dont see how any inner foreskin would remain after that.

I had a phimosis when I was a kid. Managed to cure it (I don't know if you can tell but I have absolutely 0 issues pulling my foreskin) but too much cortisone was used in the process.

As a result a part of my skin has lost its elasticity and I now have to apply almond oil (a lot of it) many times during the day, else my skin breaks and it hurts a lot. Initially I only had to apply it once every 2-3 days and just in little amount, meaning it got worse as years went by.

Recently, my skin has also started to smell, so at first it was only a matter of enduring the pain in the ass of having to put an oil on my skin, now it also causes me embarrassment.

Every single specialist I've been to (dermatologists, urologists, general practitioners) has told me I should get a full circumcision (or almost full) done.

I'm writing in here in the hopes that another soul in this world has had my same issue and has found another way to cure it. Otherwise on wednesday I'll go to the clinic and get in queue for the surgery. Thank you

27M Irish uncut. Foreskin doesn’t always go back over as have very big head. Should I get cut? Any advice

I don’t think my feelings will be met with positive feedback on this sub but I still wanted to share and perhaps answer some questions for you guys who are interested in the changes and process that might be awaiting them.

When I was younger I had an adhesion which after being resolved by being ripped off by an urologist's thumb I discovered I had phimosis while erect. I stretched at age 15 but it never got very loose just enough to glide it up and down without choking my glans while pulled down. This got worse though after I started having rough intercourse with my ex-girlfriend. I foolishy tried to stretch it at the age of 24 but only made matters worse. The doctors in my country always spoke of only one option, circumcision, the word I didn't want to hear.

In my country circumcision isn't a regular occurence so the doctor's don't even acknowledge cut styles. I could've had a circumcision for free in my city where the doctors laughed in my face when I spoke of partial circumcision or steroid creams but I would have to go completely under and stay at the hospital for 3 days. Instead I chose to visit a private clinic where I had to pay and was out in 30 minutes. The clinic's doctors were aware of styles but didn't give an option to choose one so I lost more inner foreskin than I would've liked to. After I was really mentally down because this was something I never wanted.

After 2 months I started to massage it with scar gel to flatten the skin bumps. I succeeded but the scar line became uneven and there is still a hard lump under my skin where one of my veins used to be and as you can see in the second picture, there is a big flap of meat where my frenulum used to be and a bag of meat under it. I am praying it's swelling from massaging and masturbating so I am abstaining from both for some time to see if it changes.

Masturbation in the beginning was a blast. The orgasms were very intense but I think it was due to the long abstention. I miss gliding my foreskin up and down over my shiny glans and how good it felt. I loved the sexy natural look when I pulled it back. I could never do big strokes with my big hands and average penis but now the strokes are even smaller without lube. On the other hand I am 100% sex will be better now due to the loss of tension that I always felt and thought was normal but I am a little worried about the sensitivity during oral sex.

In the end all of life isn't about my penis but it still heavily impacted the horndog that is me. I just needed to vent so I won't dwell on this as much anymore.
