Today is 18th day Post op. I got normal circumcision. Visited doctor. He said everything looks good. When asked when can I resume sex he said it looks fine go based on your comfort.

So tried mastrubating today. Done very slowly mostly touching shaft with just 2 fingers. One thing, my dick when hard isn't as big as pre circumcision. I read its normal. But I also didn't cum as much. Generally when I don't cum for 2-3 days I shoot big load. But today I only got little bit. Is it normal? Anyone faced same issue?
