Anyone experiencing the same? I understand it's essentially a Signal issue, but is there anything that can be done on Windscribe side?

I contacted support and they responded in a say first (thursday) asking for my apple purchase ID, I gave it, then they asked me to confirm it was the monthly plan(friday) which i responded in minutes and they havent gotten back to me yet.

I love windscribe but its a little annoying not being able to use something I paid for, Im also concerned when they do fix it it wont start from 30 days but from the remaining days 😔

Just moved from NordVPN to Windscribe and evaluating ControlD. I see Windscribe includes R.O.B.E.R.T. but, I was keen to know if we can use ControlD with it simultaneously. I think the answer to that is yes (need to explore though). But, I was wondering whether using it simultaneously will reduce anonymity?

A couple of competitor VPNs are supported already it seems, so can be found in the Vega OS app store. Does anyone know what Windscribe's plans are?

This site won't work with the Windscribe extension on Chrome. It's not enough to turn the proxy off in the extension, I must disable the extension in Chrome. Any help appreciated.

EDIT: I think I've solved my problem. Thanks for all the suggestions, none of which worked for me. I want to watch UK TV but then the extension interferes with the above site - despite trying the suggestions offered. I've realized I can set the extension to work only on specific sites, so I added the UK sites I watch and that works. I don't know why I have this issue when others don't. In case it helps in future, I was testing this in Chrome on Windows 11.

EDIT again: but now I can't get it working on my chromebook (hooked to my tv). I give up.

PS5 doesn't support VPN apps natively so you have to use router level VPN or share a connection from your PC. Mainly want VPN on PS5 to unlock region locked games and get better matchmaking in online multiplayer. NordVPN ExpressVPN and Surfshark all have router support so they would protect the PS5.

For people using VPN on PS5 which method actually works the best? Is router level VPN better than sharing from PC or using a dedicated VPN router? Does VPN cause latency problems that mess up online gaming?

This is such a great deal! I have been waiting for a long time for this to pop up!

Hello guys, I keep having an issue with the Albanian server Besa, which shows Philippino ads on youtube. How is that possible? Could they use fake location servers? Have you experienced anything similar with other servers?

I contacted support and they told me that this is an issue which occurs from time to time and gets fixed automatically, but those 1-2 months I use the service, the issue was never resolved at any point.

I noticed that just recently that latency has greatly increased. Doubled and tripled in some cases Also one WiFi network that I connected to before with no issues Windscribe is unable to connect to it at all. I tried Auto and manually selecting other protocols with no resolution. I tried another VPN I have and it connects just fine. Are there some technical issues we should know about?

I noticed that server names do not always match server locations. Just one example...

"Cleveland King James" obviously should be located in Cleveland, Ohio, US and yet when you do an IP check it comes up as Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

What's the situation with that? Those of you that have had Windscribe for some time can you please chime in on this? Thank you!

And where's the support here from the company? It would be nice if they were more involved here. I don't see much help.
