I have paid for pro but it didnt upgrade and support hasn’t responded back since friday
I contacted support and they responded in a say first (thursday) asking for my apple purchase ID, I gave it, then they asked me to confirm it was the monthly plan(friday) which i responded in minutes and they havent gotten back to me yet.
I love windscribe but its a little annoying not being able to use something I paid for, Im also concerned when they do fix it it wont start from 30 days but from the remaining days 😔
