Recently I got a violation saying my account was linked to a revoked shop account, and honestly I was super frustrated because I wasn’t linked to any revoked account at all.

I submitted my first appeal, but it got rejected. They said the violation was valid, and I felt really bad because around $9,700 was frozen in my account because of it.

Then a friend sent me a dc server link where they help with violations. I reached out to them, and surprisingly they actually managed to get the violation removed and helped me withdraw all my money 😭😭

- Whether a studio would be useful or not

- If so what you need from the space to be worth while

- How much would you expect to pay to use it?

Not selling as it will be location dependant anyway 🙂 just need to understand what creators need before scaling properly.

This user is creepy. They have been on reddit for a year, and act like they care. They told me to DM them my issue and give them information, and then they ignore you. Soo creepy. DO NOT give them your information. Just another creepy scammer. It was only after I contacted them that I received 3 tiktok violations. LMAO. I suggest you do your dirty work elsewhere. I've reported you. Don't try your bullshit again.

I had a perfect account health rating of 214 last night. No violations in the past 2 years, perfect metric performance, and no bad reviews or anything. Suddenly this morning I get 4 emails in a row that my account health rating has dropped to 0 and my shop is permanently suspended. There are no violations or warnings tied to this, just that my health rating is now 0 because they decided I guess? When I refreshed the page a few times, I saw a new account health rating page that showed my shop to be "healthy". I have no idea whats going on? Is this a glitch of some sort, are they updating the page and it led to this glitch? Or did they just decide to drop my shop health to 0 and close my shop for no reason. Has anyone else received this message?

My computer SUCKS when I open seller central and even when I just have a page open. I never go on seller central for this reason.

My computer starts getting hot, the fan goes on, and every page takes 30-45 seconds to load.

I can be on my laptop all day, I update my Shopify, Etsy, eBay but once I click TikTok seller I can barely do anything.

I usually just handle everything on the app because of this, but am forced to go on it to change my shipping to free since you can’t add free shipping on the app.

Is there anything I can do to help this?

Need some help from anyone that was in a similar situation- We recently started selling on TikTok and were given an order limit of 10 and was recently reduced to one with no explanation. Support has been giving me the run around for a week saying that to just give it time to capture my delivered orders and once I get an SPS my limit will be reinstated. Both happened and still nothing.

All orders given to carrier on BD +1

10 Orders in transit (7 to be delivered today)

40 Orders delivered

Post purchase response rate within an hour

After reading through this subreddit it dawned on me that one package did miss the USPS scan (due to faulty manifest which I confirmed with my local USPS) and it took three days until it reached the next sorting facility. But support doesn’t see any late dispatch to appeal due to getting scanned in time prior to that.

Any insight is appreciated! Even if you’re in the same boat as me (Are you still trying or did you give up?)

We run a clothing store on Shopify and have attempted to open a tiktok seller account to start selling our clothing. It's designed in the UK and ethically made in Portugal.
Initially there was a "Fake qualification" validation, I provided everything that was required, including a video of me talking with identification and with our stock (over £15k's worth in boxes and showing each item). We were then permanently closed. I contacted tiktok support who could not provide any further information other than "Missing supporting material" and that the decision was final and closed. Incredibly frustrating, as there's drop shippers all over tiktok shop and a genuine business get's automatically closed.

Has anyone been through this before?

Hello I received a violation even though the video did not break any TikTok shop guidelines and the appeal was unsuccessful even with the evidence that I gave. This was an unfair violation can you please overturn it based on the following:

The video discusses the concept of “food noise” (constant cravings) as a brain chemistry issue rooted in serotonin deficiency and blood sugar dysregulation, rather than a lack of willpower. The creator, identifying as a scientist (previous videos show evidence of this (PhD credentials attached), shares personal biometric data (body fat percentage over time) and names specific ingredients (Berberine, Yerba Mate, 5-HTP) along with their mechanisms. The video includes a clear disclaimer: “I can’t know how your specific metabolism is going to respond to this, but this is what the data showed for me.” At no point does the video guarantee weight loss or make absolute claims about body shaping outcomes.
