Order Limit Reduced with no help from support

Hey Folks,

Need some help from anyone that was in a similar situation- We recently started selling on TikTok and were given an order limit of 10 and was recently reduced to one with no explanation. Support has been giving me the run around for a week saying that to just give it time to capture my delivered orders and once I get an SPS my limit will be reinstated. Both happened and still nothing.

Background:

Started on 03/21/2026

No violations

All orders given to carrier on BD +1

10 Orders in transit (7 to be delivered today)

40 Orders delivered

Post purchase response rate within an hour

After reading through this subreddit it dawned on me that one package did miss the USPS scan (due to faulty manifest which I confirmed with my local USPS) and it took three days until it reached the next sorting facility. But support doesn’t see any late dispatch to appeal due to getting scanned in time prior to that.

Any insight is appreciated! Even if you’re in the same boat as me (Are you still trying or did you give up?)

We come from another similar platform but TikTok crowd is our primary target (we’re in beauty)
