I had a perfect account health rating of 214 last night. No violations in the past 2 years, perfect metric performance, and no bad reviews or anything. Suddenly this morning I get 4 emails in a row that my account health rating has dropped to 0 and my shop is permanently suspended. There are no violations or warnings tied to this, just that my health rating is now 0 because they decided I guess? When I refreshed the page a few times, I saw a new account health rating page that showed my shop to be "healthy". I have no idea whats going on? Is this a glitch of some sort, are they updating the page and it led to this glitch? Or did they just decide to drop my shop health to 0 and close my shop for no reason. Has anyone else received this message?

I had two small issues on Etsy this past month, and I honestly can't believe how quickly they got solved and I was able to carry on with my life. You can input your phone number on their help site, you get a call back in 1 minute, and a competent seller support agent solves your problem in 5 minutes. What is stopping TikTok Shop from doing this? I genuinely do not understand.

It's not a new platform anymore. I started selling on there in 2023, and seller support has somehow managed to get worse?! I can only assume that they hate sellers, do not care, see us as ad revenue cash cows, and easy targets for some quick cash (deferred settlement plans, closing shops and taking their money, etc).

What confuses me about all of this is that TikTok Shop as a sales platform is amazing. It works incredibly well, and affiliate system is ELITE. Why do purposefully try to destroy it all with horrible seller support
