Any experience with if it’s worth sending this in to be repaired? Anyone done this recently? How much did it run you approximately?

Hi, I have a Dyad Pro that I purchased new from Amazon. I only use it about once a month (or less), in a small apartment with partially hard floors. I noticed that over the past few months, the front rollers regularly come loose, falling out of the sides. This happens during normal use on a typical floor. I am not going over bumps, debris, mats, etc. The floor isn't textured, tiled, or patterned. I am just using the mop on Auto, and even if I don't bump into walls or do anything special, one or both of the front rollers end up coming out. I don't recall the front rollers having any kind of lock (like the main rear one), so I’m not sure if this is a design flaw or if I am missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

so I have an s8 pro ultra and I have contacted support about the issue the issue is that it will charge to like 25% then just say the contacts are dirty and I have cleaned them a lot and it still does this i also did a battery swap on the bot to try and fix it it didnt work and it still error Ed out saying charging contacts are dirty I have also cleaned the the reflectors on bot and dock which worked once then hasn't worked since I feel like it a loose wire or something but I dont want to break it to find out if it is or not so im asking you guys what I should do

Is anyone else experiencing issues with viewing obstacle or pet photos after cleaning?

The robot identifies obstacles and places the correct icons on the map, but they are not interactive. I cannot click on them to see the detailed photo capture. This used to work perfectly fine before.

Specifically, I am using the Saros 20, but a friend of mine is having the exact same issue with his Saros 10R.

• All settings are checked.

• All necessary permissions/consents for image processing have been granted.

• The icons appear on the map, but the "click-to-view" detail functionality is unresponsive.

I stupidly tried using this piece of junk after giving up a few weeks ago. It will create a map, save it, allow me to set up no go zones…. And then about 1-2x per week it deletes the map and I have to start over. This makes it even less useful than before which I didn’t think was possible. Anyone know what the issue is here before I officially throw this in the garbage where it belongs?

I changed out the roller brush and filter on my Q5, and since then, the dust bin has been behaving differently.

Prior to replacing those parts, the dust bin would fill uniformly and fill the bin from edge to edge. Now, it seems to collect only in the center of the bin and debris/pet hair no longer pushes out to the left and right sides of the dust bin. This results in the dust bin functioning as if it’s full way quicker than normal, and it overfills and spills out of the entry port. It’s definitely not picking up as much as it used to.

Any experiences with this?

Model: Roborock QV/QR Series

I have two large empty rooms from a dancing school, which I am trying to clean with two roborock vacuums. The size is about 12m x 12m. With the Qrevo Edge, the mapping and navigation works flawlessly. The Qrevo Pro gets lost, when it is in the middle of the room and after some time the map gets a total mess. Often there appears a ghost image of the room itself in a random orientation in the map. It seems, the Qrevo Pro doesn't "see" orientation points when it is in the center and relocating completely fails.

Has anyone some information on the range of the Lidar sensor? Are there any significant differences between the models?

I have the S8 Pro Ultra. I have two different Tumble brand rugs, one in the family room and one in the living room. I would love for the robot to also mop when it runs on those rugs since they are washable. Is there a way to make this happen?

ich habe den Roborock Q5 Pro ohne +. Das war damals beim Kauf dumm, jetzt würde ich gerne eine Absaugstation nachkaufen weiß aber nicht ob das mit dem Modell geht. Vielleicht weiß ja hier jemand ob das geht.

Wollte eigentlich jetzt keinen neuen kaufen aber die Absaugstation reizt mich schon.

Is there a way to set default cleaning modes, or disable ones you don't use? I couldn't find anything in the settings.

I will set the cleaning mode to mop or vacuum, then the second I hit start it switches to vac&mop...

I shouldn't need to micromanage the app to make sure it's using the mode that I just confirmed a second before.
