Account suspended after 140+ hours of unpaid work — anyone else dealing with this?

Account suspended after 140+ hours of unpaid work — anyone else dealing with this?

In April, I worked over 40 hours and never received my payment. When I reached out, the project manager told me there had been some kind of "issue" and that I would only be paid in June. Okay, frustrating, but I kept going.

This month, I put in over 100 hours of work. Tonight, when I tried to log in, I was met with a suspension message. I checked my email and found a notice saying my account had been suspended — no prior warning, no explanation.

So to recap: 140+ hours of work, zero payment, and now a suspended account.

I opened a support ticket and received protocol number **8115156**, but nobody has responded. It just sits there.

I want to know: what happens to all the effort I put in? Does it just disappear? Has anyone gone through something similar and actually managed to resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated, because at this point I have no idea what to do.

Has anyone received their April invoice from OneForma yet?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone here has received their April month’s invoice details from OneForma yet. I still haven’t received mine, so I’m wondering if there’s a delay this month or if others are facing the same issue.

Please let me know your status. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I’m sharing this to ask for advice and to warn other contributors to document everything carefully.

I worked through OneForma / Centific on Cherry Opal / Lighthouse-related production tasks and I’m currently dealing with serious payment reconciliation issues.

For the period 16/02/2026–14/03/2026, my own work records totaled 787.27 USD, but the PO reflected only 116.49 USD. I disputed that PO, and because it was disputed, I did not receive payment for that period.

For the next period, 15/03/2026–14/04/2026, my own work records totaled 685.31 USD. Invoice #100094016 totaled 326.87 USD, but that total included the previous disputed 116.49 USD PO, so the current-cycle amount reflected was only 210.38 USD.

I have contacted OneForma payment support, the project contacts, and general OneForma contact channels multiple times. I have also disputed all POs in invoice #100094016. So far, I have not received a full date-by-date reconciliation explaining how their PO totals were calculated against my work records.

I’m not posting confidential task content or guidelines. I’m only sharing payment/PO information from my own contributor experience.

Has anyone else had similar payment reconciliation issues with OneForma / Centific? Did you eventually get a proper correction? Any advice on escalation routes would be appreciated.

My advice to others: keep your own daily work log, screenshot timers and POs, and don’t rely only on platform dashboard totals.

Currently a job listed requiring your credit card info

I’ve just seen a listing on OneForma offering payment to ‘rent’ your credit card details. This seems highly suspicious! Can someone from OneForma comment on this please?

One forma situation

Hey guys, I want to apply for jobs on OneForma, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. From my past experience, you never heard back, and there were always issues with payments, etc. Has anything changed now?

Frustrated and Disappointed With OneForma Support

Honestly really disappointed with the support experience from u/OneForma_Global. My account was suddenly disabled for “suspicious activity” right after I accessed a project link from an official email and updated my profile by adding a language I genuinely know. Since then, I’ve been trying every possible way to reach out — emails, DMs, support tickets — just to get some clarity and help, but I’m getting little to no response. It’s frustrating when you genuinely want to resolve an issue and feel completely ignored.

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on the Lighthouse project and I wanted to ask if anyone has already received their Purchase Order (PO) for April.
As far as I understand, payments are usually processed around the 10th of each month, but I’m not sure when the PO itself is supposed to arrive.
Today is May 4th and I haven’t received anything yet, so I’m wondering:
Has anyone received their April PO already?
Is it normal for it to arrive later in the first week of the month?
At what point should I be concerned or contact support?

I’d really appreciate any insights from people with more experience on Lighthouse.

Thanks!

Hello Oneforma, I hope your team is doing well. I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding discrepancies in my task count, AHT capping, and compensation for Project MSPO 683/751 (English locale). I request a thorough review of this matter, as the current situation reflects a significant mismatch between the work completed and the payment received.

To explain the situation clearly, I completed a total of 350 tasks on this project. In the first batch, I completed 175 tasks. After that, there was a rework phase, during which I again worked on 175 tasks. Out of these 175 tasks in the rework batch, only 11 were originally assigned to me.

However, despite completing this full volume of work, I have only been compensated for approximately 70–75 tasks. This is a substantial discrepancy and does not reflect the actual work I performed. I am unable to understand how such a large portion of my completed work has not been accounted for.

From the data available to me, it also appears that my task time has been capped at 10 minutes. This is another major concern. The communicated Average Handling Time (AHT) for this project was clearly stated as 15–20 minutes. At no point was it mentioned that task time would be capped at 10 minutes or capped at all.

If any capping policy was to be applied, it should have been explicitly communicated in advance. Even in that case, the cap should logically align with the communicated AHT, meaning 20 minutes, not 10 minutes. Applying a lower cap without prior notice is inconsistent with the expectations set for contributors and directly impacts fair compensation.
It is important to highlight that many of the tasks in this project were highly complex. These were not simple or quick tasks. A significant number involved multiple speakers, often three to four, with overlapping dialogue, numerous short segments, and extensive tagging requirements. The work required repeatedly listening to small audio segments, sometimes as short as 0.1 seconds, adjusting audio intensity, and ensuring that every spoken element was accurately captured and aligned with the audio. The expectation was to produce precise, verbatim outputs, which naturally required additional time and attention.

I had already raised these concerns during the project through communication with project managers and by logging issues in the MSPO Tracker and via emails. I also observed that several other contributors had reported similar concerns. Unfortunately, these issues were not adequately addressed at the time.
For context, I am aware of another project (MSP 936) where tasks were fixed at 10 minutes, but those tasks were significantly easier and could be completed in 2–3 minutes. In that project, contributors were still compensated for the full duration. In contrast, for Project 683, which involved far more complex and time-consuming tasks, my recorded time has been reduced instead. This inconsistency raises concerns about fairness in how different projects are handled.
Additionally, I would like to refer to the screenshots I have already shared. These clearly show that between 24th March and 25th March, I completed 175 tasks under batch 2 (U-Label), related to English work categories. These correspond to the second batch of this project. The earlier 175 tasks from the first batch are no longer visible in the history due to system limitations that only display data for a limited time period. However, both batches together total 350 tasks, which should be verifiable from your internal records.

Based on my own tracking, I spent approximately 90 to 100 hours completing these 350 tasks. This reflects the actual effort and time invested in the project. The current compensation does not align with this level of work and appears significantly understated.

I also want to highlight that communication throughout this project has been extremely limited. There was no centralized communication channel such as a Teams or group channel. Instead, communication relied heavily on individual emails, where responses were inconsistent and often delayed. In many cases, messages were not responded to at all. This lack of clear and timely communication has directly contributed to the confusion and issues we are now facing.
Given all of the above, I formally request the following:

A complete verification of my total completed tasks, which should be 350 tasks (175 in the first batch and 175 in the revert batch).

A detailed review of why I have only been compensated for approximately 70–75 tasks.

Removal of the 10-minute cap, as it was never communicated as part of the project terms.

Recalculation of my compensation based on the actual time spent and the communicated AHT of 15–20 minutes.

Transparent sharing of task-level data and calculations used in determining my payment.

I would also like to state that if this issue is not resolved fairly and promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through external platforms such as Trustpilot, relevant freelancing protection bodies, and LinkedIn.
Lastly, I want to be transparent that this situation is causing significant stress for me. I have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into this project, and the current outcome is both financially and personally distressing. I kindly request that this issue be treated with urgency and resolved fairly.
I look forward to your prompt response and a clear resolution.

Regards,
Zeeshan Ali

Hello, I'm new to oneforma, I can see Milky way maps and Lightspeed projects, at the very end of the details for each project it states: If you currently have, or have previously created, a TryRating account, you are not eligible for this project.

Does this mean that I have to choose between one or the other?

Hey, I have been working as a Hindi Latin freelancer and till last night the tasks were available and now it's not available.

Is it normal or have they disabled my account? I mean I am able to login into my work portal but still I am confused about it. So what do you all think?
