Can someone drop the instructions of the project mentioned above cuz I'm in but I can't seem to find them anywhere 🤝

So I open a ticket because my ID verification is stuck in an infinite loop for 3 months (even though I already completed it). I even sent them a screen recording like a good boy.

Their response? Absolute cinema:

- First they tell me my verification was "unsuccessful" and they can't let me work.

- Then they send me a suspension email for "possible violation of the Contributor Standards" (still no clue what I violated).

- Meanwhile their bot sends me multiple "Your ticket has been resolved! 🥳" emails.

Bro, y'all didn't resolve shit — you just yeeted my account into the shadow realm.

I love how their Trust & Safety Team manually reviewed it and still couldn't figure out basic ID verification, but they were lightning fast at pressing the "suspend this guy" button.

The support quality is so bad it feels like the AI we're supposed to be training is the one answering the tickets.

Anyone else getting this clown treatment lately? Especially the verification loop + random suspension combo? Is this the new onboarding experience?

Can the support of this platform so called "CrowdGen" be more useless.

I've been on this platform for 3 months now, I've applied for dozens of projects but I have an ID Verification issue that stops me from continuing to the assessment tests.

Ps: I've sent almost 20 emails complaining about the issue I'm having but (im always getting an email indicating that my issue has been resolved) but nothing is actually fixed.. so here Iam complaining to u fam

Any tips or ideas r welcomed 🤜🤛
