What are the chances?
I know this doesn’t guarantee anything but what are the chances of hiring?
Anyone got selected for any of these positions?

Hi. So basically I am on Oneforma for more than a year now and have been using same laptop and android. And was working on Nexa-segmentation project along with KARL- project.
One day while working on Nexa segmentation project, my laptop malfunctioned and I sent it for repair out of city as it couldn’t be running again here. And told manager that I can not work but later I arranged sister’s laptop living in same house using same internet device, and told manager that I have arranged another laptop and when nee batch comes please add me as well but as soon as I opened account on new laptop it was disabled and I told manager.
‘Manager was kind enough and he wrote to Oneforma for account enabling, and claiming that I am valid user since I have been working with same manager for months. And account was actually restored but since I had not previously malfunctioned laptop anymore and I opened account on sister laptop again to work it was disabled and manager again wrote to Oneforma, and I contacted them on email, LinkedIn and also wrote to Account review team but no response and now it almost a month now.
The point is if someone opens account on another laptop due to issue why would he be disabled and the communication is so bad. The account review team does not respond and I had PO issues as well as I came to know about my POs amount from oneforma team through Linkedin but still wasn’t given partial access to account.
Oneforma team kindly enable my account and allow me working from new laptop and do not cause more mental stress.
Hi. I received an instant offer from Mercor 3 days back after passing an onboarding quiz, and I have worked previously with Mercor as well. After accepting the offer it was in review for more than 3 days and now I have received an email that they can not proceed with my contract due to some inconsistencies which is very odd since all my checks are cleared. What should I do?
If anyone can tag mods, that would be helpful.
Hello Oneforma, I hope your team is doing well. I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding discrepancies in my task count, AHT capping, and compensation for Project MSPO 683/751 (English locale). I request a thorough review of this matter, as the current situation reflects a significant mismatch between the work completed and the payment received.
To explain the situation clearly, I completed a total of 350 tasks on this project. In the first batch, I completed 175 tasks. After that, there was a rework phase, during which I again worked on 175 tasks. Out of these 175 tasks in the rework batch, only 11 were originally assigned to me.
However, despite completing this full volume of work, I have only been compensated for approximately 70–75 tasks. This is a substantial discrepancy and does not reflect the actual work I performed. I am unable to understand how such a large portion of my completed work has not been accounted for.
From the data available to me, it also appears that my task time has been capped at 10 minutes. This is another major concern. The communicated Average Handling Time (AHT) for this project was clearly stated as 15–20 minutes. At no point was it mentioned that task time would be capped at 10 minutes or capped at all.
If any capping policy was to be applied, it should have been explicitly communicated in advance. Even in that case, the cap should logically align with the communicated AHT, meaning 20 minutes, not 10 minutes. Applying a lower cap without prior notice is inconsistent with the expectations set for contributors and directly impacts fair compensation.
It is important to highlight that many of the tasks in this project were highly complex. These were not simple or quick tasks. A significant number involved multiple speakers, often three to four, with overlapping dialogue, numerous short segments, and extensive tagging requirements. The work required repeatedly listening to small audio segments, sometimes as short as 0.1 seconds, adjusting audio intensity, and ensuring that every spoken element was accurately captured and aligned with the audio. The expectation was to produce precise, verbatim outputs, which naturally required additional time and attention.
I had already raised these concerns during the project through communication with project managers and by logging issues in the MSPO Tracker and via emails. I also observed that several other contributors had reported similar concerns. Unfortunately, these issues were not adequately addressed at the time.
For context, I am aware of another project (MSP 936) where tasks were fixed at 10 minutes, but those tasks were significantly easier and could be completed in 2–3 minutes. In that project, contributors were still compensated for the full duration. In contrast, for Project 683, which involved far more complex and time-consuming tasks, my recorded time has been reduced instead. This inconsistency raises concerns about fairness in how different projects are handled.
Additionally, I would like to refer to the screenshots I have already shared. These clearly show that between 24th March and 25th March, I completed 175 tasks under batch 2 (U-Label), related to English work categories. These correspond to the second batch of this project. The earlier 175 tasks from the first batch are no longer visible in the history due to system limitations that only display data for a limited time period. However, both batches together total 350 tasks, which should be verifiable from your internal records.
Based on my own tracking, I spent approximately 90 to 100 hours completing these 350 tasks. This reflects the actual effort and time invested in the project. The current compensation does not align with this level of work and appears significantly understated.
I also want to highlight that communication throughout this project has been extremely limited. There was no centralized communication channel such as a Teams or group channel. Instead, communication relied heavily on individual emails, where responses were inconsistent and often delayed. In many cases, messages were not responded to at all. This lack of clear and timely communication has directly contributed to the confusion and issues we are now facing.
Given all of the above, I formally request the following:
A complete verification of my total completed tasks, which should be 350 tasks (175 in the first batch and 175 in the revert batch).
A detailed review of why I have only been compensated for approximately 70–75 tasks.
Removal of the 10-minute cap, as it was never communicated as part of the project terms.
Recalculation of my compensation based on the actual time spent and the communicated AHT of 15–20 minutes.
Transparent sharing of task-level data and calculations used in determining my payment.
I would also like to state that if this issue is not resolved fairly and promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through external platforms such as Trustpilot, relevant freelancing protection bodies, and LinkedIn.
Lastly, I want to be transparent that this situation is causing significant stress for me. I have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into this project, and the current outcome is both financially and personally distressing. I kindly request that this issue be treated with urgency and resolved fairly.
I look forward to your prompt response and a clear resolution.
Regards,
Zeeshan Ali
