Is being a staff nurse really that hard? :’) And is it true na wala talagang work-life balance?

  1. Ask ko lang, worth it ba mag staff nurse kahit mas toxic? May work-life balance pa ba?

Plano ko lang mag-work for 1 year, kaya gusto ko sana maging worth it. Also I have no plans going abroad

ENDORSEMENT HACKS!!! ANY RECOMMENDATION/ADVICES

Hello? Ako lang ba yung hirap na hirap during endorsement lalo na kapag full house? Diko alam. Almost 2 months na ko sa hospi. Pero during endorsement ako hirap.

govt hospital + masters: is it doable?

hello mga kunars!

looking for a bit of insight on my recent dilemma which is if it’s doable or smart to juggle masters and working in a government hospital at the same time. for context, i work in the er of a tertiary apex hospital, so workload is quite demanding. still, i want to pursue masters so i can get more career opportunities in the long run since i decided i won’t be pursuing med nalang. our chief nurse is supportive naman sa mga ganitong situation and our supervisor is also willing to adjust my sched to accommodate weekend classes. i’m just not sure if it’s sustainable for 2 years? 🫩

thank you po

pros & cons of taking PNLE Feb 2027?

hello everyone. i just want to ask if anong pros & cons of taking the PNLE sa february 2027?

ggraduate kami end of june. we can’t focus sa review center (enhancement phase) kasi super daming ginagawa pa rin sa school namin. comprehensive exams, duties, research, more more more! tapos weekends yung review center. walang rest at all.

yung iba kong batchmates, mga risk takers. so proud. mag august 2026 sila. pero grabe pa rin yung mga reklamo nila kasi parang hindi nga maisingit yung review sa dami ng ginagawa. so i’ve decided to take nalang sa feb 2027 para makapagchill & rest muna ako and school muna iintindihin ko.

Jobless RN

Graduated last May 2025, Passed the board exam November 2025, took fhe oath December 2025. I was really chill after passing, iniisip ko mayroon lang yan hiring but I have been applying/sending CV and resume to different hospitals since January. Ewan ko if mat mali ba sa resume/cv ko or what, but I just want a job pero sobrang picky ko naman, ayoko mag clinic, dialysis kasi gusto ko bedside since I’m planning to work abroad butttt right now kahit siguru aesthetic nurse papatulan ko na. I wanna live the life where I can spend my own money kasi nakakahiya na mag abang kung bibigyan pa ba ako ng pera ng parents ko huhu. Help a girl out saan po hiring kahit within metro manila, I’m actually from the province but willing to leave this place to earn 😭😭

SLMC Global City Dental Certificate

hello po! I am from Mini Career Fair of St. Luke's Global City and natapos ko ang medical ko sa SLMC GC last April 1, 2026.

timeline:

March 30 - interview, medical

March 31 - medical [labs]

April 1 - PE and Dental

i have repeated urinalysis and tapos ko naman na siya bali babalik na lang ako within this week to pass the updated urinalysis. then sa dental naman, light oral prophylaxis lang naman yung request sakin ng dentist from slmc gc PEME.

clarify lang, nakalagay kasi sa instruction, within 3 months yung dental cert so meaning kahit kailan ako magpa dental outside (oral prophylaxis) basta di siya lalagpas ng 3 months?

thank you po!!
