Should I enrol myself in Nursing

Hello! 30F, planning to resign with my 6 year office work in the government to enrol nursing course which probably might take up about 4 years (Philippines). I already made posts with regards to this decision and so far all I received were positive feedbacks. I just want to genuinely ask something, because I am an ITP patient almost 5 years, though I never experienced fainting and such but my low platelet count is really concerning me. My question is can I still be a nurse or is there still an opportunity for me to be hired as a nurse if ever I graduate, knowing I have this illness and my considerations at work is IF ever I become a nurse is that I don’t want to have night shifts duty, will there be a possibility for this kind of set up? Your insights or comments will mean a lot to me because this is one of my considerations if i should push this nursing career in my heart.
