Myntra delivered less, charged full, and now says ‘too late’ 🤡

I ordered multiple dresses from Myntra and the package was delivered on 3 May. I checked everything properly only today and realized one dress was missing from the parcel even though it’s marked delivered in the order.
I contacted support immediately, but they said the reporting/investigation window has closed and they cannot help now.
This wasn’t a return issue — the item was never inside the package in the first place.
Has anyone faced something similar with Myntra? Were you able to get refund/replacement after escalation? Any advice on consumer complaint or escalation channels would help.
I have invoice screenshots and order details.

Why is Myntra Deducting Money on Refunds?

Hi,

I ordered some products together through Myntra. Now, when I return one of the products from my order, an amount around 20-25₹ is deducted on it. Why is this happening? I didn't apply any coupon codes or order it via COD. Why don't I get the exact amount of the product as refund? I feel this is unfair Myntra.

Myntra’s "Open Box Delivery" nightmare

TL;DR: Myntra logistics lied about delivery status, ignored a government grievance docket, and admitted they can't schedule deliveries, leading to an unwanted cancellation of a ₹9k order.

So I just spent three days in a battle of attrition with Myntra logistics, and I’m sharing this so others don't waste their time.

The Setup: I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1s (₹8995). Since it was "Open Box Delivery," I had to be physically present to give the OTP after verifying the shoes.

The Problem: I work a shift from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. I proactively contacted Myntra support 6+ times to let them know I am only available for delivery BEFORE 2:00 PM.

The Service Failure Timeline:

Day 1: Delivery fails because of a vehicle breakdown. To cover their tracks, the Sholinganallur Hub (PAL_SNG) marks the status as "Open Box Verification Failed." (A total lie—no attempt was even made).

Day 2: Escalation Desk (a "Case Supervisor") tells me to wait 48 hours. I explain my 2 PM cutoff again. They ignore it, attempt delivery at 5:30 PM, and it fails.

Day 3: The delivery agent calls me in the morning, admits he has the shoes, and promises a morning delivery. He doesn't show up. I call him at 1 PM; he says he'll only be in my area by 5:30 PM.

The Result: Even with an active National Consumer Helpline (NCH) docket, Myntra’s automated system triggered a Return to Origin (RTO) and cancelled my order while it was still "Out for Delivery."

When I finally got through to a senior agent, they admitted that Myntra has NO system for scheduling deliveries. They expect you to be a prisoner in your own home until the delivery guy decides to show up. If your work schedule doesn't align with their random route, your order is basically doomed.

The Resolution: Myntra’s response to my NCH grievance? A copy-pasted: "Note feedback and close the task." No price-match voucher, no re-order help, not even a "sorry". It was just "our bad, buy it again."

Conclusion: I ended up voting with my wallet and bought a pair of Bacca Buccis from a competitor instead. If you have a job that requires you to be away from home during "standard" hours, avoid Myntra’s high-value Open Box items. Their backend is a rigid machine that cannot handle basic human constraints.

Myntra cancelled my confirmed Puma sneaker order due to a “technical issue” and denied the compensation they promised

I ordered Puma Blktop Rider Suede Sneakers from Myntra at a heavily discounted price. The order was successfully confirmed and everything looked normal initially. Later, Myntra cancelled the order from their side and stated that it happened due to a technical issue.

What frustrated me more was the customer support experience. One support agent clearly told me that I would receive a ₹599 compensation coupon for the inconvenience caused. But when I contacted support again later, another senior agent completely denied it and refused to provide either the coupon or any proper resolution.

I understand stock issues can happen, but cancelling a confirmed order due to a platform issue and then backing out from the promised compensation feels unfair.

Anything anyone can suggest show that I can get this order or at same price?

myntra delivery boy is troubling me

im tired of this same guy coming for my myntra delivery and asking me to get two floors down, one day two days its fine but everyday im tired. i ask him to come up he will continue asking me to come down then cut the call. today he said 'mam aap to khali hai humare paas to bag hai' and came till the second floor stairs and kept my parcel on the floor and went down, this is super humiliating and infuriating.

i told him im gonna complain about you and he said kardo mam and i cut the call and picked up my parcel and went. these low iq poor men scare me a lil too bcz they have nothing to lose and can try to harm us if we complain and something happens to their job. idk what to do

This has been happening for me from past couple of orders. The shirts or pants I get from them have wrinkles all over the place. Its not even like few wrinkles just to simple packaging issue. But products seems like it was scrunched up to a ball and once it got purchased they just packaged it just like that.

This has been happening from my past 3-4 orders, for me myntra didnt have this sort of issues, is there alternative platforms for good clothes from different brands?

I’ve noticed something really frustrating with Myntra. Every time I add a product to my wishlist or cart, planning to buy it after a few days or during a sale, the price suddenly increases, or the product becomes unavailable in my area, or just goes out of stock for a long time. It feels way too coincidental.

Sometimes I get impatient and end up buying the same product from another platform at a higher price. But then, the very next day, when I check Myntra again, it’s suddenly back in stock and even available at a lower, discounted price. I genuinely don’t understand how or why this keeps happening, but it’s extremely annoying. I honestly hate this experience with Myntra, I absolutely hate myntra!😭

Hello 👋🏻

I ordered a shirt through myntra. The website said "Cotton". I have the screenshot too. It got burnt the moment I ironed it. Then I saw that it was "Viscose"

I complained. They did not understand. Multiple efforts failed.

I filed a complaint with the screenshots and pictures and details on National Consumer Forum. The status says "Not processed yet" but Reply from Myntra says - "Claim has been approved, hence closing"

But again I called them. They are refusing to process it.

Is there something I'm missing or are they writing anything on the forum?
