My motherboard was cooked and had to change it and that's when the technician broke something internally and told me we have to change it with ADP and so I did let them change it and they changed the front panel where the touchpad is and then I got my laptop serviced and delivered to me and this is what I see a screw drilled too tight into the panel and breaking it ... it's been 2 weeks since service and the service center is not taking responsibility and the customer care are asking me to contact the service center is there a way to escalate this issue and have it changed ... Even to change it they are asking me to pay for that.... it's that fucking technicians fault ( sorry for the language ) what the heck.

As i mentioned 7-8+hrs is for browsing and not gaming

this one seems to be cheaper with the same hardware.. what's the catch?

So for the past 1 week I've been getting this notification from Lenovo Vantage for Bios update. So I went ahead and updated it today.

After updating my laptop turned on and everything worked perfectly. But while launching valorant it said secure boot not enabled. So I booted up and enabled it from bios. But after enabling it, the BIOS got corrupted I guess ?? ( Pic 1)

And I chose windows Boot Manager from next screen(Pic 2) . when I clicked it, the screen went black for a million second and came back to this same page as pic 2.

Restarted the lap and tried checking some settings and disabled the pxe boot and secure boot. Now it boots up normally.

I have just gotten this laptop as I need one urgently ever since my old laptop died on me.

The problem is that the wifi connectivity is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

In particular with 5g wifi. Ive done the standard cmd “ping 8.8.8.8 -t” command and oh my gosh so many insane ping spikes (from less than 10ms to up to 1500+ms!!) including network timed out messages

Ive also done the wlan showreport command and this is what the summary is. Im not that tech savy and I dont understand much.

Of course, Ive contacted their supports (literally just a bot) and done everything to no avail. Updating drivers seemed to fix it at first but upon more testing, it doesnt seem to do anything.

What could be the issue here ?

i want to buy a laptop don't want to play heavy games i just want to play same resident evil games like Biohazard and village no other games i want light weight , good built, and portable laptop with 5 to 6 hours of battery life in single charge.

Im getting loq essential 12th gen intel i5 12450HX, RTX 3050A 4gb, for around 66k and 3.5 k for 3yrs of Warranty and ADP.

So should I go for it or just buy regular loq despite its heavy and not much gaming purpose

First time I've owned something that looks so premium and a first for me owning a gaming laptop (and plus it didn't have that much bloat when I did the setup, amazingly)

I'm aware the 3050 is a bit old but hey in this economy I'll take it

my laptop was not turning on only the keyboard light was showing I can't even see a damn on that screen I went to the service centre and they gave me a quotation of this amount (I bought that laptop for 66k) I am out of warranty as well :)

what should i do ? please save my pc

I had ordered loq on 31st March it arrived in the country by 4th April and the bag was shipped 2nd April

As you can see my bad is being delivered by delivery which already got delayed twice

and I talked to lenevo customer care and they said that if the bag is delivered by Delhivery then the laptop will also be delivered by Delhivery

I read tons of reviews regarding Delhivery all were negative and when I tried to talk to the Delhivery customer care agent where I created a ticket they even stopped replying to me They were just ignoring me

what should I do rn?

Had mine since December 2025. Lid closes just fine. No bounce. Should I send it back?
