My motherboard was cooked and had to change it and that's when the technician broke something internally and told me we have to change it with ADP and so I did let them change it and they changed the front panel where the touchpad is and then I got my laptop serviced and delivered to me and this is what I see a screw drilled too tight into the panel and breaking it ... it's been 2 weeks since service and the service center is not taking responsibility and the customer care are asking me to contact the service center is there a way to escalate this issue and have it changed ... Even to change it they are asking me to pay for that.... it's that fucking technicians fault ( sorry for the language ) what the heck.
