Hi, me and another girl are looking for a third roommate to join our 3B2B spacious apartment on Woodman Ave / Valerio St.

Apartment is brightly lit, big room with closets and comes with 2 parking spots ($50) with additional street parking. Apartment has in-unit W/D, dishwasher and huge patio/ balcony. It also comes with gym, community recreation center and outdoor grill.

Two options available - private bed with private bathroom or private bed with shared bathroom Preferred females/ NB.

Rent: 3,195/ month (all 3 of us) with a special 1 month off in a 12 month lease. Lease term howverr is flexible. Utilities are separate.

Comes to around 1100-1200 / month including everything.

We would love to be friends with our roommate. We are both working professionals and love to come back to a quiet and clean home. This is a newly available apartment so we can decorate it together.

Hello, my friend has a 5 bed, 5 bath apartment that he is moving out of soon. It is in Echo Park, and we can let people move in starting May.

29 year old single male moving to Los Angeles from the Midwest for a new job (salary >500k) that will be based out of Woodland Hills. ~4 days per week on site in Woodland Hills.

Trying to minimize total commute time but open to a 1 hour drive to work depending.

I don't want to live in the Valley and would much rather live in LA proper. Really seeking an area full of young professionals, ideally, or just a fun, walkable place to live. Any ideas or suggestions on neighborhoods to check out?

I’ve been looking at apartments in LA and it feels like one of those cities where everything looks great on the surface but your actual experience depends a lot on the building and neighborhood you end up in. The weather and lifestyle are obviously huge draws, and I like how each area has its own vibe depending on what you’re looking for, but I’m wondering how much of the rent is just inflated because it’s LA and how often people end up dealing with noise, maintenance issues or bad management after moving in. I’ve toured a few spots that seemed solid at first, but I’m a bit cautious about signing without digging deeper, so I’ve been checking complaint history and even ran an address through streetsmart just to get a better sense of past issues, which definitely changed how I look at listings.

For those who’ve lived there, would you move back, and are there certain neighborhoods where the day to day quality of life is noticeably better?

The timeline might be a little fast depending on when I get the offer. Ideally move in by May 5th-10th (will pay full first months rent).
