Wish I didn't have to leave but a recent cancer diagnosis leaves me no choice. Pet Friendly. Located on a cul-de-sac walking distance to shops, restaurants, a park and all that Helms district has to offer. Full kitchen with appliances, granite counter tops, dining area, full bath, hardwood and tiled floors throughout. Studio comes with a detached space in the back of the complex that could be used for storage, office or any other creative ideas.
1 mile walk to downtown Culver City and right next to Helms Bakery, where the new Ikea is. An 11-minute walk to Whole Foods and access to the metro line. Right next to the bike trail with just a 6-mile ride to the beach. Great neighbors, quiet, and kind landlords.
