Hello Friends!

For personal reasons, I need to move to this area within the red shape. I recognize this is a large swath of LA and I was hoping for some recommendations on apartment buildings.

I've lived all over town, but my favorite parts are the South Bay, Melrose, and Mid City.

A bit about me: I'm 37F, live alone, and work remotely. I work east coast hours (5 am to 1pm) and can be mobile during work hours, so traffic isn't a major concern.

My requirements for an apartment are:

- Priced around $2600 with ~$200 wiggle room

- 1+ bed, 1+ bath

- In-unit washer/dryer (and not the combo machine)

- Off-street parking

- Air Conditioning

- 700+ sq. ft.

- Looking to move mid-June

Nice to have:

- Top most floor, if in a building

- Balcony or patio
