Finally after 7 years ( From when I was in 6th class ), my mum has allowed me to buy a ps5 (second-hand) with my own money that I have earned since working in gokidsgo from the age of 15 to 17, working in paddypower for 3 months and now working in Smartbox full-time during my gap year after completing Leaving Cert. She stills believe I don't deserve it as I only got 601 points in my LC and I didn't pass the hpat to get into medicine.

She has only semi-agreed to let me get it, because she is forcing me to pay the rent for the house and some few other bills I should be paying at 19. Seriously I have no problem with this as long as I can finally get my ps5, which I have been asking for since 2018 ( lo even before it was out )

She is limiting my budget to €250, but I know most second-hand ones go for around 400-500 euros. If I am lucky maybe slightly less than 400.

I am looking for a ps5 slim disc edition. If anyone is selling one in good condition or knows someone else doing so please DM me. I am based in Dublin, blanchardstown.

Over the last 2 years I've spent ages beating Final Fantasy 7 Remake, replayed TLOU 2 for the show, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Death Stranding, Clair Obscur & now just beat Witcher 3 & it's DLC for the first time. Combined that must be 300+ hours of playtime. I've not got the energy for the next one yet 😅

Love my indie games but a lot of the best ones lately are the likes of Hades & Silksong that'll kick my ass & take just as long as the others. Just after something akin to Night In The Woods, Viewfinder, Edith Finch, Blue Prince, Inside. Something that I know I can beat in a handful of sessions.

Hell I can open it up to AAA & old stuff if it's something like Shadow Of The Colossus, Uncharted or Psychonauts that isn't gonna take years off my life 😂😂 Just wanna beat more games over the next while rather than sink my time into one for months

I’m not from Ireland and noticed that here people do not play on pc overall much, not even to mention games that are popular in my country. So I’m curious in what are you playing here?

Been having issues with Amazon lately, are there any trusted sites where I could buy PC components that would deliver to Ireland?

The graphics would be questionable if it was a mobile game in 2013.

I appreciate supporting small independent studios but lads it’s embarrassingly poor quality. It upsets me to think some young lad into GAA will get this as a birthday gift and will have to pretend to like it.

I wanted to see if there would be any interest to set up a group in Clare to play some TTRPGs semi regularly (probably one shots only for now at least). I am happy to GM Dungeons and Dragons and am based in Ennis myself. I have already met a couple people interested in it so far, so I figured I may see if more are up for it! Mid week would probably be better for me, but I may also be free depending on the weekend.

Please also feel free to let me know if you know anywhere quiet which could host 1 or 2 tables (7-14 people) for a sensible fee!
