Why do these people not have to worry about the virus?
The only people I know who had pillows like this, would both sweat profusely at night.

Lambswool cardigan - wool thread would have been ideal but the bronze/mustard colour was REALLY hard to match.
Two strands of Dark Brown 5 DMC from a cross stitch kit was the best I could manage.
I sent both of these pairs off to the boot repair company and it’s like I’ve had new Birkenstocks returned to me in place of the scruffy dangerous broken soles! Really pleased with these - just need for it to stop with the hail stones so that I can wear them again :)
Sorry if this isn't the right subreddit for this, but I'm panicking. I thrifted this dress for an upcoming wedding and only just realized there's a huge hole near the bottom of the dress. The rip is like 9 inches and I don't have time to sit and learn to sew because it's finals week and I need something quick.
Would it be possible for me to try an iron-on mending fabric patch or maybe some fabric and fabric glue on the inside? I'm just not familiar with polyester fabric and if it would not be a good idea to use glue...and the dress says I can iron it on low. Grateful for any ideas and guidance on this! ❤️
I got this leather coach purse and was wondering is there any way to get this bubble and peeling to stop or fix any recommendations?
Pic 1: tear, supplies (don't be a dodo like me and choose a thread that's the same as the major colour on the fabric. I switched to orange because I couldn't find my white)
Pic 2: Mended! The white-ish stain is fabric glue to affix the ends I swear 😭
Tried my hand at invisible mending for the first time; usually I prefer visible mending because I think it adds a unique touch and I like the tactility.
This kurti (think a long frock) was too fine and pretty, so I found some matching fabric from an inner seam and got to work.
The part I struggled with most was the size of the patch because I could not find anything large enough to cover the tear, which is why the design sits a little crooked.
I used this tutorial to start: https://youtu.be/QIj90yA9WWc?si=UjhhKsoQ\_FbTpI2Y.
Second example is in a different colour from the sweater but the first one even I had trouble finding after!
Hi, I have this t shirt that suddenly developed a hole here and I tried to use fusible interfacing but it didn’t really work, is there any way to fix this?
Any advice on how to fix this hole? Don't want to throw them away
I do not know how to mend things yet, but I love this coat so so much, I am willing to learn anything and everything to save it. Pictured: fraying all over my coat. I have looked online, but the company only produced two of these coats (!) and I don't want any other coat. I want this one. Is there anything I can do?
Title, is there any chance this could be fixed?
Cotten and linen blend
I put a thin patch on but can easily be removed with the heat from an iron. Looks like snag holes, due to the fraying. Any suggestions, better than this crappy patch method. The suit jacket hid this problem area. I live in Arizona so a bigger city to find a possible suit pant problem fixer. Thanks
One of my favorite tshirts is slit woven in the back and it’s getting close to tearing apart. I would love to fix it up so I can keep wearing it. Please advise!
It’s quite small now but when I’m wearing the jeans it’s more obvious and it’s getting bigger over time. Any advice?
fell off my bike and scuffed up my jacket. There’s a big hole, as well as scuff & stretch marks. Is there any chance this can be fixed?
The title says it all. Any suggestions on how to fix? I don’t need to deceive the toddler into thinking that nothing happened, but would like to have the mend be somewhat subtle. I’m decent at hand and machine sewing and am down to learn whatever. If the hard truth is that I should head on over to r/visiblemending and learn how to construct a Bane style mask for Kuzu, I’m open to hearing that too.
