I purchased a Steam account containing the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition via G2A. Yesterday, this account was flagged, and I can no longer access any of its features. I then attempted to manually link my Xbox account anyway; however, as soon as I landed on the Steam page to perform the linking, I received an "Error" message.

What happens if I launch the game for the first time this Friday? Is there a chance the linking process might work then?

Furthermore, what is the situation regarding G2A? The account being flagged was not my fault; I did not make any purchases, change the store region, or use any gift cards—I merely updated the account details. Do I have grounds to request a refund from G2A or demand a replacement account?

I bought a battlefront 2 epic games account from Froxys, he didn't provide any information whether I can or can't change the email and password on the account. I really wanna change it and unlink a google account that is connected to the epic games account. do I change it?

Once I bought ready or not for 40$. It was 60$ instead. Lowk pissed but didn't think much of it. I still play it so. I won't be buying from them again.

What sites should I use?

A while ago I bought a steam account (containing only Dead by Daylight) with no issues. I want to make an in-game purchase, but I would have to add funds to my Steam Wallet in order to do that. Problem is, my region is set to Ukraine, and I am not from there, although I am situated in a neighboring country, i dunno if that would help in any way.

Can I safely pay to add funds to my wallet without the risk of getting banned? Or would buying a gift card be a better way to go? How do I go about this? Thank you!

EDIT: i wanted to add the fact that, when i bought the account, the region was already set to Ukraine, and I was instructed not to change the location or else some features will be permanently disabled. The currency values of Ukraine's and my country's differ by a considerable amount, as it's much cheaper.

I purchased a key for EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional 18 (Order #92000150291760) on April 13, 2026. The seller, Vikingsbrothers, is selling keys for a specific software version that is no longer available for download.

When I brought this to their attention, the seller engaged in weeks of stall tactics. Despite me explaining multiple times that the official EaseUS site only provides the current version (v20+), which doesn't accept the v18 key, they repeatedly asked for "screenshots" of the missing download and tried to force me to accept a "replacement" key for the same unavailable version.

G2A has been useless. They have allowed this seller to drag out the conversation for nearly a month without intervening, despite the order status being "Holded." It is clear G2A’s "Buyer Protection" is non-existent. Do not buy from Vikingsbrothers unless you want to pay for a key you can't use.

My gf paid for 3months ps plus premium and they sent me a deluxe ps plus that is currently being use on another playstation and only has 2 months left of subscription, i contacted the seller and they closed the conversation without saying anything.

Can we get a refund or make them change the account?

If stuff gets ugly I can just get a chargeback but id like to try and be civil first.

I havent gotten the account yet since I noticed just after the payment that it was indeed an account and not a key so i stopped myself from clicking anything else product wise.

I sent a message to the vendor but from what i have been reading online, they dont necessarily have a good reputation (World of Games or something)

So a month ago i opened a ticket since my access to my 1 year adobe creative cloud subscription was revoked, after 5 months.

seller doesnt respond, and i tried contacting g2a support, and i send all the things they asked me to, but since then there hasn't being a response, anyone got any idea on how to get my creative cloud back? i use it for work and i cant really aford to just buy a new one..
