Can I add funds to my steam wallet on a bought account?
A while ago I bought a steam account (containing only Dead by Daylight) with no issues. I want to make an in-game purchase, but I would have to add funds to my Steam Wallet in order to do that. Problem is, my region is set to Ukraine, and I am not from there, although I am situated in a neighboring country, i dunno if that would help in any way.
Can I safely pay to add funds to my wallet without the risk of getting banned? Or would buying a gift card be a better way to go? How do I go about this? Thank you!
EDIT: i wanted to add the fact that, when i bought the account, the region was already set to Ukraine, and I was instructed not to change the location or else some features will be permanently disabled. The currency values of Ukraine's and my country's differ by a considerable amount, as it's much cheaper.
