I wanted to share my experience as a former seller on G2A, as I believe it’s important for other sellers to be aware.
My account was suddenly banned, and I was asked to provide verification documents. I submitted everything requested, but despite that, my account was permanently banned without a clear explanation.
What’s worse is that over €23,000 (around $28,000) of my funds were frozen. At first, I assumed this was temporary and part of the review process. However, it has now been more than 2 years, and the funds are still locked with no resolution or withdrawal option.
My seller rating was above 98%, with a very low complaint rate. Since the freeze, there have only been a few complaints, which makes the situation even more confusing.
Most of the products I sold were 1-year keys. If the concern was potential revocations, logically the funds should have been released after that period, but that never happened.
I strongly advise other sellers to be cautious when using this platform.
