I bought "PlayStation Plus Premium 12 Months - PSN Account - GLOBAL" from VouchersKingdom. The subscription on the provided PSN account shows only a 6‑month purchase and PlayStation Plus already ended in April 2026, so I did not receive the full 12 months I paid for. The seller previously corrected the same issue once for this same purchase, but the problem has returned and now the seller keeps closing the conversation without resolving it. Previous support tickets for this case were automatically closed as completed while the problem still exists. I currently have no active PS Plus on that PSN account.

I opened couple of tickets with g2A support and they just reply with some sample text to contact seller. After that they just dissapear. I don't know if they ever helped anybody.
