Girlies.. is it only me or does shiprocket have hiked their prices? The pincode which used to cost 60 something is costing nearly 100 now.. is it only me? And what are you all using apart from shiprocket which is an affordable option.

I know indiapost is affordable but I am not very sure about them giving refunds if they lose the package or something.. tell me your experiences... Does India post provide a refund?

I run a D2C brand and struggle with high RTO mainly from COD orders. I’ve been looking into Shiprocket Checkout features like prepaid nudges, COD filters and address autofill that claim to reduce RTO significantly. On paper it sounds great, but I want to know real experiences. Did these tools actually help reduce fake or risky orders? What worked best COD restrictions, discounts for prepaid or faster checkout? Also, did you combine this with manual verification methods? Would love to hear honest results, especially % drop in RTO and any challenges faced.

When I use the rate calculator it shows the delivery charges to be somewhere around 70 rupees. But when I added and shipped the order it charged me 106 rupees?

Hi Folks need your help , i shipped two courier through shiprocket via expressbees both were tempred and original products were removed that has costed me around 6K loss , now neither Shiprocket is responding nor expressbees

How do i recover my lost money

My mother had ordered few things online. Since she recently learned how to do online shopping and IG, she went through a frenzy of purchasing products from ads she is seeing on IG.

Now from one the website, she placed an order which was delivered by shiprocket. Then she started getting calls for orders she thought she had placed (but didn’t, smh). The delivery boys started calling and asking for money since most of them were COD.

Then came another order. Out of nowhere. Some made up website. Some random order ID. Out for Delivery messages which she didn’t notice. Since she was out, we ended up paying the guy 1k. The order item mentioned was the old items she had purchased. The order ID was different. When we open the package, we see some odd old saree.

Please. If you have boomer parents who are as half lost as mine and going online ordering frenzy. Please ensure their money is safe and guarded.

Long story short Saw lots of people DECLUTTERING skincare/makeup on reddit So thought i also do have somethings i can declutter. Made a post about it in this sub. Got a customer. Sold her a laneige lip balm. Contacted her. Decided to deliver through shiprocket. Courier - Xpressbees surface Generated pickup and did all the formalities Day 1 none came Day 2 same Day 3 I decided to ask Their chat support service Is so bad first you need to convince ai chatbox for good 10-15 minutes to let you talk to a human support executive, and they after wasting more 20 minutes give you a useless ticket id. Fine after lots and lots mails msgs My parcel gets finally picked up after 6 days. I did all the necessary things like invoice pasting manifest secure packaging and all . It reaches the buyer after three days. And tadaa She receives two VLCC face washes in a different box my the same AWB and my details on it . I immediately contacted their support service Again got that ticket id mailed First 3-4 days the kept sending the same mail saying send proofs pictures from all angles and all I did Now after more than a week i recieved a mail saying we are glad to help you!! Excuse me? What help did you to me? I am so done at this point! My parcel is gone, the buyer hasn't received anything I lost both money and the parcel, i am unable to get any constructive help from them which is actually my right! And have wasted so much time on this! Respect for the buyer she is really patient and understanding! I still haven't refunded her due to some account issue and she is still waiting patiently. I am so tired daily mailing them. Can someone pls tell me what to do now?

Absolutely terrible experience with Shiprocket. I shipped a parcel from India to Canada, and the delay was unacceptable. The shipment took far longer than promised, with zero accountability from their side.

There were no proper tracking updates, and customer support was completely useless—either giving vague responses or not responding at all. For a company that claims to handle international logistics, this level of service is shocking.

This has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly do NOT recommend Shiprocket for international shipping. If you value your time, your customers, or your business, stay far away from them.

It's a shipment I booked through a aggregator called shiprocket. When I contacted Delhivery they said they can't do anything since shiprocket is the aggregator. I tried contacting shiprocket customer service multiple regarding the delay before it was labelled as lost package and they assured me that some shipments get stuck and will eventually reach me. Just two days ago I got a message from shiprocket saying my package is lost and they will compensate me with 2000 rupees in my shiprocket wallet, which can be only used to book shipments. I did file a grievance in NCH portal but I don't think it will help tbh. When I track the AWB from delhivery it still shows it's in transit and has been in delhivery gudimalkapur branch in hyderabad for 25 days. Let me know if I can do anything legally
