One order got cancelled itself at 3:55am

No refund yet RRN has been issued

Another order (same order) I repeated 3 days later it got marked as delivered when i didn't even got ready to pick it up

???

I'm at a loss of almost 1k rupees for this fuckass app

My theory for today's order that got marked as delivered but i didn't do shit is

Rider gave the order to someone else without fucking confirming the name or anything or took it for himself

After delivering the order, the delivery person somehow used her phone number (which he got from the order) to message her on WhatsApp. He sent her his photo and wrote “Profile super madam.”

She never gave him permission to contact her personally, and she felt really uncomfortable because customers’ phone numbers should only be used for delivery communication, not for personal messages.

What’s the best way to report this to Blinkit so they take it seriously?

HOW DO U EVEN GET THIS WRONG LIKE THEY ARENT EVEN SIMILAR ITEMS?????

Made an unboxing video too, i will be tagging blinkit on x too, i contacted blinkit support right away and they told me they need to speak with the delivery guys but couldn't connect and have told me to connect again in 1 hour

This is what I went through.

Pata hai aaj kya hua … abhi abhi merko mango shake banane ka mann hua … so i ordered mangoes from bigbasket …. 89rs/kg the so it was reasonable …. Then i got a mail that the quantity is adjusted to 1.19kg … and 16 rs extra will be deducted from wallet …. When my order got delivered i checked on a scale and it was mere 970gm … even with the box in which the mangoes were delivered eas 1.060kg … i think we all should have weighing scale at home to check if the quantity matches what was promised.. i don’t know where should i post it so i am posting here to spread awareness…. Aur bhi koi sub mein post karna ho to bata dena …

So I bought a Bonzila Gun Massager, a few hours back. Charged it till the charge indicator said 99% after just 10 mins of charging. But when I used it, it barely lasted for 10 mins.

So I recharged it for 3 hours as the manual said, even though the charge indicator said 99% after 15 mins of charging. Same issue again. Battery drained fully in 15 mins.

When I contacted customer support, they said to claim product warranty. No replacement, no return, I was asked to claim warranty as that is the only option.

So what Blinkit does is only the sale of the product. No customer service, no returns and no replacement. No taking responsibility for a defective brand/product. Amazon is soo much better in this context. Amazon doesn't ask any questions on return. Never buying electronics from any quick commerce again.

Just be careful, the customer service executive may sound sweet and humble, but they never stop pushing their agenda of minimizing returns by testing customers to their limits.

Today I ordered oats from blinkit and while I was unpacking the order I happened to look at the mrp on the packet. Realised that I've overpaid for my order. So the official mrp is rs. 310 while on the app it was rs. 349 and the discounted price was rs. 321. This made me wonder how many times I may have been over charged in the past. I have raised a complaint on the app and initially the offered me a return of rs. 11 but I've declined that. Waiting for their response. Guys please cross check the mrp of the products that you order.

Just received my order and this is what I found

The eggs aren't just bad, they are visibly rotten and expired. The smell alone was enough to know.

When I reached out to support for a simple refund for sending me hazardous food, I got the most classic scripted ai response. After making me wait, they had the audacity to say the photos, which clearly show the moldy, broken mess.

This is a literal health hazard. the bot is clearly trained to just exhaust you until you give up on your money. Save yourselves the headache and the food poisoning, buy your groceries literally anywhere else.

So, I had ordered knee support for my mother, since she has knee problems, i forgot to buy it from the medical and had promised her to bring her, i thought I can order from blinkit, so I did

I ordered the L size(large), package came, took out the knee support and my mother instantly said yeh toh chota dikh raha hai(she didn't try them on)so I checked for the size and the packet mentioned medium, I thought maybe it was some error, and checked for the size tags on the knee support( i know it has size written on them too) even that mentioned Medium, it had a 72 hour replacement policy so I reported it to blinkit for wrong item and now to not replace it they are saying the item has been disposed off or used

I have attached pictures in this post, look at the item, not even the creases on the item has been disturbed and these people are claiming it is used or disposed off and just closing the conversation, the packet is A ZIPLOCK BAG, PACKET HAS NOT BEEN TORN OR CUT BY ANY MEANS, IT HAS ZIPLOCK just for the purpose of opening and closing it to check items

I don't know what to do now, either they are just wasting my time to pass the 72hours replacement policy, or they don't want to accept their mistake

Please someone help me what options do I have, their support is just closing the conversation, I want to escalate this
