I have to reduce atleast 2kg of excess belly fat, so from now on I have planned 50gram of protein powder (2scoops), 200gram of dairy panner (40gram of panner)
And for remaining approx 50grams of protein how can I cover it( am a vegetarian atleast ghar par toh vegetarian hu bahar I can eat eggs)
