
So I bought a Bonzila Gun Massager, a few hours back. Charged it till the charge indicator said 99% after just 10 mins of charging. But when I used it, it barely lasted for 10 mins.
So I recharged it for 3 hours as the manual said, even though the charge indicator said 99% after 15 mins of charging. Same issue again. Battery drained fully in 15 mins.
When I contacted customer support, they said to claim product warranty. No replacement, no return, I was asked to claim warranty as that is the only option.
So what Blinkit does is only the sale of the product. No customer service, no returns and no replacement. No taking responsibility for a defective brand/product. Amazon is soo much better in this context. Amazon doesn't ask any questions on return. Never buying electronics from any quick commerce again.
Just be careful, the customer service executive may sound sweet and humble, but they never stop pushing their agenda of minimizing returns by testing customers to their limits.
