Haven't read the details of the EO, but I wonder if we will see any real change in our program from this. My first thought would be possibly easier/less restrictive payment processing

Sharing this because there has been growing confusion around recent dispensary promotional changes in Florida, especially QR-code based discounts where redemption terms appear to be changing after distribution.

This is not legal advice, just a straightforward guide for anyone who wants to formally document concerns with state regulators.

If you experienced something like:

A promo distributed via QR code or digital link

No stated requirement for physical card presentation at redemption

Later introduction of new conditions such as card must be present or additional restrictions

I feel like the government is ruining cannabis. Every time I ask for flower w/ CBD, budtenders look at me like I have 10 eyes. Why are they breeding the CBD out of the flower? I’m new to cannabis, not hardcore. Flower & topicals is all I (want to) use. I need something good for inflammation, as I have a couple of autoimmune disorders that cause major inflammation & make it hard to get up & walk. OTC & pain meds just constipate 💩 Should I just start buying from a dude named Jerry in a parking lot? Or am I shopping at all the wrong dispensaries?

I’m super beyond done w puffco, just had my (second) device brick randomly and then lost the pin when I tried to reconnect it. I’ve compiled the information shared yesterday in the thread into a formal written complaint summary, and submitted it directly to The Flowery via email for review.

The document outlines the reported inconsistencies in how the credit is being applied, requests clarification on the official terms as they were presented at signup and thereafter, and includes questions about account handling and personal identifying data collected during enrollment.

If there’s any response or clarification provided, or no response at all, I’ll share another update here.
