100kg bent press right side
It has been done lady and gents. 4 years of blood, sweat and tears and I finally crack the 100kg barrier. I aim to clean up this rep and push it further but I'll be giving the bent press a well deserved deload for now.
970 lb. Hip thrust. Easiest leg day I’ve ever done (cause I’m not lifting but this is nuts)
985 Lb Snatch Grip Above Knee Rack Pull with over 600 lbs of band tension
So far, this seems to be carrying over to my deadlift. If I decide that it definitely does, I'll make a video about it.
A throwback to when I was 14
Off the top of my head this is 427kg
185kgx2 at 15
Some said it was high and others critiqued the stomping, so I thought I'd post this here
Nearly there lads! Once this is done, I'm thinking I may never lift a weight again, take up golf, drinking whiskey cokes, doing blow and eating lollies.
195 lb / 88.5 kg Barbell Curls
This always felt so much better than the EZ curl bar to me for some reason
Snatch/wide grip deficit pause deadlift 260kgx3
Training was getting boring and i decided to pull the hardest variation of deadlift i could think of. Just a belt no suit no straps 🦍💪
