Strong warning regarding JK-Entertainment

I placed multiple One Piece pre-orders with them in early 2026 and my experience has been an absolute disaster. One eBay pre-order was never delivered despite the listed shipping date, followed by weeks of contradictory excuses and misleading communication regarding the refund.

First I was promised a PayPal refund, then suddenly told it was not possible, then redirected to eBay support even though the buyer protection period had already expired by that point. Every time I pushed for answers, I received different explanations and more delays.

At this stage I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

I still have additional pre-orders directly through their website and, after this experience, I honestly no longer trust this seller at all. Communication has been extremely chaotic, support responses came only after constant pressure, and none of the promised timelines were respected.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to be very careful with expensive pre-orders through JK-Entertainment.

Received a fake card/support doesn‘t care

I ordered a card for over 100€ which turned out to be fake after I confirmed that the card arrived. Also another buyer reached out to me that he got a fake card from Seller X.
So i contacted the support that Seller X is selling counterfeits with all the proof. After 14(!) days they closed my ticket with an auto response: „BuT YoU CoNfirMed, No MoRe tRusTeE SeRvicE“

I‘m kinda shocked that they don‘t even care a bit about that. I don‘t want my money back at all. But it‘s crazy that you won‘t even check the card or the Seller X after multiple tickets from other buyers aswell.

Today I lost a lot of trust in cardmarket.

And yeah I should have checked directly before confirming, lesson learnt. But as I said, it‘s not about the money it‘s about CM not caring.

Seller gave partial refund then blocked me.

This is an update to my last post here a couple days ago when I had to ask if a half refund was normal for a lost shipment from a professional seller.

Following the advice I received from that last post, I went back to the seller and insisted that a full refund was required of them as a professional seller. Hours later I received a refund of roughly 77% of the order and the seller had blocked me.

What do I even do now? It isn't that much money but honestly I'm pretty annoyed with them at this point, this has gone pretty much as poorly as it could from my perspective.

Should I complain through support? I would again, appreciate any advice here.

Seller only offering half refund for missing order?

This is the first order of over a hundred I've made that didn't arrive so I'm not entirely sure if this is normal or not. The order value was roughly £16 and I messaged the seller asking about it. They said it was likely a postal issue and offered a half refund, which is low compared to other peer to peer buying platforms Ive used, especially considering this is from a 'professional' seller on the platform.

Is this normal? Should I be grateful to receive anything at all for the missing order? The help page doesn't seem to cover this with much detail as far as I can tell, so I apologise for asking a fairly basic question here. Thank you for reading.

Cardmarket support sides with new account buyer with >25% of non-arrived shipments

Context: I sold a card to someone in Austria, I am in Germany. The card was marked as lost after a month and surprisingly turned up at my doorstep a day later. Lucky me. Reason from the postal service: "recipient moved". I looked at the buyers profile, and surprisingly he has a loss rate of over 26%. The buyer created his account on April 2026. So I asked him whats going on and if he moved, he said "no i still live here everything should be in order, all other orders arrived until now. Can you send it again?" And here I am looking at his profile where it clearly states that several orders apparently did not arrive.

I am now. after he lied to me, obviously not happy with sending it to him again untracked, because he has already shown he is not trustworthy. He also asked if he should mark it as lost AFTER he already marked it as lost lmao.

I made a support ticket, to ask what to do because now my account is marked with >2% loss rate and I have forced tracked shipping. (For context: I have over 60 sales, my account is 2 years old, so I am obviously not the biggest seller, but that should imo be enough to warrant some trust over a one month old account with a >25% loss rate 4 not arrived /11 arrived. The second order that was lost was a few months ago to some dude with a loss rate above 3% who instantly got aggressive in messages and started blaming me, so i didn't bother to refund. I would have refunded him half of it otherwise, but as I learned now that's just a complete waste.)

Cardmarket support basically told me to go fuck myself and refund the whole order so it's not considered as lost anymore or deal with the forced tracked shipping.

Is this a joke? The guy moved or wrote the wrong adress, or whatever, and I as a seller have to now deal with the extra shipping costs of sending it again, or I just straight up lose money on a complete refund (I obviously also have to refund the cardmarket provision fee lmao)

In the current case, as the card was returned to sender(me) I'd obviously want to refund the buyer the price of the card.

But I also have to refund the shipping costs and the cardmarket provision costs? When the problem is obviously on his end?

Lessons from this:

You can just make a new account, buy only from private sellers, flag 25% of orders as lost and the sellers have to refund the whole amount or they're stuck with the lost shipment on their profile and being screwed over with only having tracked shipping afterwards if they don't have enough sales as a private seller.

As a seller, you have to refund everything or nothing. Why should I refund half of a shipment(other than having morals/being decent) when it's considered as lost anyway, and I have the forced tracked shipping afterwards anyway?

Does anyone else have similar experiences with this? I'm honestly just shocked by the support behaviour at this point. Maybe I'm also completely delusional, but to me this all seems to be incredibly anti-seller and anti-goodwill.

Edit: Typo

Original Post

Hello again everyone.. first of all thank you for all the help.

I contacted cardmarket again and provided more info and explained the situation slowly again. I got an answer from a different support agent today:

He is basically saying that the picture attached to the listing is irrelevant. I bought a Mint card and received a Mint card. They offered me a 52,50€ refund, but they don’t see any fault with the seller’s behavior.

This is unbelievable to me.. the consensus of this sub was that the pictured card has to be sent, but apparently that is not the case.

I will respond to the ticket now explaining that the card I received is damaged (which I told them before already) and therefore not Mint.

I am pretty upset and confused about the whole situation. Not sure if I will continue buying like I used to on cardmarket with this lack of buyer protection.

Edit: They just released the funds to the seller and refunded me the 52€ without confirming with me.

2nd Edit: I got a quick response from the agent again who told me they can do nothing else about the situation as it is not clear if the card is actually damaged or just the case. He told me I should send the card to reholder and message support again if it comes back less than a 9.

I think that’s a pretty reasonable response and I will do just that. Though overall I do not think this sets a good precedent with pictures not mattering anymore.

Seller sent incorrect DR booster box, any tips?

I purchased a DR booster box from a seller who didnt have many sales. The pictures posted by the seller showed a box in good condition with the caption, “No rips or dents, perfect condition.” I took the risk and purchased it.

But when the box came in, it was not the same box as that which had been advertised by them. It’s a different serial number, it has a different seal, and the box has noticeable damage and rips on multiple locations with dents on corners too.

I showed the seller comparison photos of the advertised box and the one I received, but they insist they sent the correct item and are denying any issue.. What else should I do now?

I have reached out to the customer support team, but i havent heard great things about it, any tips?

Question regarding payments in CM

I have a question regarding how purchases are being charged. This is my first time using card market and I ordered 3 things from the same seller (it was professional selling with 2k+ orders) but after waiting for 20 days for my package to arrive ( estimated time was 10 days so I gave 10 days more) and I did contact him but he ignored me for almost 7 days now so I will open a ticket with CM and to ask for refund. My question is do I have right for refund in this situation and is the CM the one giving refund or the seller needs to approve. Any help is appreciated since it is my first experience with CM and I am thinking of switching to another platform like ebay.

Birthday Contest 2026

Does anyone know where to find a list that shows the order in which each game was added to cardmarket? So far i've only managed to find out about the first 6 games (mtg, wow, ygo, telperinquar, the spoils and pokemon). I know that they're probably all listed somewhere on the cardmarket insight articles, but going through them would take a lot of effort

Got sent a resealed booster box. Support wont answer my ticket…

Hey! I got a sent a fake/resealed pokemon simplified chinese booster box.
When i showed proof to the seller they told me its real and from a trusted supplier but i could send it back. I dont trust them to send it back because I think they are scamming, so i messaged support with proof of the box being fake/resealed on the 29th of April.
I still do not have a response and the shippment will automatically be confirmed on the 19th of May. What should i do? Should I mark as not arrived?
Thanks!

Does smoke smell affect condition of cards?

I ordered a NM card and when I opened the envelope I could immediately smell an overwhelming reek. I hoped it would just be the envelope or sleeve, but unfortunately the card also has a nasty odor.

Visibly, the card is near mint and I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. But the smell!! To be honest I am not even comfortable putting the card in my binder, I am too scared it might affect my other cards in the binder.

Can anything be done about the smell and do you think sellers should disclose that cards are from a smoking household? Can I safely store the card or will it 'damage' my other cards? And are cards that look pristine but smell disgusting still considered NM?

I sold 21 cards for <10 euros

I put one card in a toploader, then the other cards in a teambag with it, all cards above minimum price sleeved.

Then tape team bag to cardboard rectangle with painters tape. Then I put another rectangle ontop and tape them together like a sandwich with the cards inbetween.

Finally I put this inside a bubble mailer, and i get a neutral review. Is that justified?

Wrong Language of product, what now?

As per title: I bought a booster box listed as english. But in the comment it said: French.

I didn't notice this and now I contacted the seller and he refuses to take it back. Can I contact CardMarket about this and will they help or am I just screwed?

Why are sellers so pathetic?

You know who you are. Takes you 24 days to reply to a message but pretend you're gold mega platinum seller.

Then you have professional sellers who put up notes saying "ask for pics". Most don't reply back.

Of the 12 sellers iv messaged (polite). As I'm after some very niche cards. Only 3 bothered to reply back in 48hrs.

This isn't even new. Most just ignore messages outright.

Buyer said Card is not NM

https://imgur.com/a/3O1ORad

Hi guys!
Just sold this Card and listed it as Nm. I actually didnt saw anything wrong with it and the seller said its not nm because of the scratch on the back and dent on the front. I didnt want to discuss or get a bad review so I just refunded him the money he spent on the card.
My questions for you are:
Did I do it right? Or would you have done anything other?
And is the card really not nm? Because the nm cards that I receive always have a lot of whitening 🥴 And they state that I should read the guidlines and a little whitening is ok

Thanks!!

Hi there! The other day I got sent a counterfeit card, so I opened a ticket and contacted the seller to explain the situation.

He seemed worried and sorry and wanting to resolve the situation, and I am quite new to the platform and it seems a bit stupid, so when he told me to confirm the delivery so he could reimburse me I did, and got ghosted.

I am still waiting on cardmarket, but the seller is from the same country as myself, and I got all the information the police would want from me for filing a police report. Its not about the money anymore, its about making this asshole take responsibility for their scummy behaviour and saving other people from being scammed.

Phone number required for shipment from UK to France, but buyer hasn't provided one, what do I do?

When buying a shipping label through the courrier, a phone number is required and I can't proceed without one.

Should I write my own number or cancel the order?

The box specifically says 'Recipient phone number' and 'A valid number is required'

Why oh why is it so hard for people to confirm signed for deliveries? do people not understand the seller doesn’t get paid till that’s done? 4th or 5th time now of waiting then having to request confirmation.

Ordered some cards about a month ago, followed up after two weeks. A week or so after that the seller responded with 'I've been on holiday and just got back - Royal Mail must have lost it, I'll refund etc' and then no refund or response to any messages since (The sellers account is permanently set as 'on holiday' btw.).

30 days passed, contacted Cardmarket and the refund arrived 48 hours later. However I now can't give feedback on the seller? This seems crazy I can't warn other people? Further to this, I can't buy anything else from the seller - have they blocked me?
